I've gone there for over 12 years with the same nail tech . Would never go anywhere else

Not from Springfield, i called around to make an appointment for pedicure and was told to come “now” went there and waited for over an hour because everything was closed by then or closing soon. Quality of my pedicure was POOR by far the worst I’ve ever gotten. Within two days my toes were chipping my nails were noticeably not buffed or smoothed out before painting. It was just terrible i do not recommend

Horrible job every two minutes they raise the price for cutting a nail air bubbles in the work just horrible job and very very slick and raised their prices suddenly for no reason I was very disappointed and their job was very unprofessional and sloppy

Man was rude and didn’t care to ask what I came for and just started buffing my nails when I asked for him not too. He assumed I wanted a full set when I said only pedicure and manicure. Then he said it’s better if I find someone else.

If I can rate zero stars I will. The worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon! Not only was I unhappy with my nails but I was also disrespected. I came into the salon simply because I wasn't able to make it to my salon that I usually visit. So this was a last minute thing . I cut down my nails myself at home and came in this woman overcharge me . When I asked the nail tech to break down the charges for me she became very defensive and raised her voice at me when I was just simply asking for what I was being charge for . I was so embarrassed and felt so disrespected that I walked out without paying. Never again !!!!!!! Let's not forget the F bombs she dropped on me . Horrible service !!!
