Had a very good experience here. It was my first time, I was in the neighborhood and went in on a busy Friday. They were able to fit me in. I got a basic gel manicure and I love it. Very polite and welcoming nail techs, clean, organized. I have no complaints whatsoever, I enjoyed the time that I spent there. Overall great service.
I honestly could not be any more impressed and happy with Top Care Nails. I am extremely critical of my nails and Tam at Top Care is just the same. He made sure to prep my nails, shaped them perfectly, made sure to pay attention to the care of my cuticles, ensured the acrylic was smooth and thin, and paid close attention to ensure all areas of my nails were painted...all of which seems to be an issue of so many nail techs. My nails are beautiful. This is the 2nd time going after being referred by my Mom who has been going for years! I highly recommend! GREAT JOB TOP CARE!!
I got a pedicure here and it was literally the best one I’ve ever had! My feet are so soft and my nails are so shiny. They took their time and were so friendly. My sister got a manicure here and she said they did a really good job and loves her gel polish. I will be coming back here I finally found a place I can be a regular!! Thank you for being so kind and very fast. ????
After telling me to “relax” during cuticle cutting when I had been cut on my right hand, the man proceeded to remove a chunk of skin from my left hand too. I then watched him and another employee “sanitize” their equipment by RUNNING IT UNDER WATER FOR A FEW SECONDS. No utensils were soaking in the blue sanitizing solution. Considering how I bled in the cuticle cutter, you would think they would take more cutting with cleaning. After cutting me, he proceeded to use acetone on my fingers, showing me how many cuticles were truly cut too short because every finger burned. When he was cleaning polish from around my nails, he dug in with his long nails right into my cuts. He never could get the polish cleaned enough, so he gave up leaving me with my mail polish needing to come off when I get home. If I end up with an infection, I know it’s from their dirty tools. Will NEVER use again.
After having a bad experience at another Salon I came here. I absolutely love the nails. Not to mention the service was super friendly and welcoming. My nails came out very nice. I am very picky about the way they are shaped and the man who did my nails, Steven did a great job! They have tons of options and beautiful colors not to mention they still do airbrush!! Hello you can't get that anywhere! Will be returning thank you!
The owner did my nails in a hurry and sloppy. I came back because the polish was lighter on one hand and wanted it fixed. Also my real nails you could see on one hand and the other hand you could not She fixed the polish issue on my left hand The polish was fine but the issue with my real nails was not. My left hand was not left that way. She was rude. She needed my receipt even though I had been there 3 dsys and she remembered me. Gave me a difficult time and like she did not know what I was talking about. Rude will not go back
