We have visited this salon for just over a year. Normally they do an absolute fantastic job and the 1 hour trip each way just to come here is well worth it. We send so many of our own customers here because it’s hard to find a great nail salon in Branson; however, this visit was our least favorite. The nail tech was kind but not as attentive. I don’t feel my nails look like they were just done nor are they complete. The job was rather sloppy. I have polish on my skin and have polish stuck underneath the nails, themselves. I felt very rushed. I understand it can be busy but for $100, we shouldn’t feel rushed nor should I feel like I need to go elsewhere to have them done again. They didn’t fully remove the prior polish on my nails nor my daughters. The coats aren’t even. The actual manicure of the nails is very rough. Altogether, we are very unsatisfied.

Hannah did a great job in my nails. I asked for a certain length, color and design. Love the results! She was quick, kind, knowledgeable and I’ll come back.

Hana(Hope I spelled that right) is who I go and see every time I need nails done. Every time has made sure I am getting what I want. I had a broken nail and she did an amazing job being careful around it. Everyone at the salon is just wonderful and really make sure to do their best. Got my Halloween set there this last time and am obsessed with how they turned out. For an amazing price considering how long I get them done. If you haven’t tried this place please do!

Absolutely love them!!! Henry did an amazing job on my nails and made me feel comfortable. I had to go back to get them fixed because some popped off and they did not disappoint at all!!!

Check the yelp reviews. My daughter's and I went there for a treat to get our nails done.. Unfortunately it was a disappointment.My youngest just wanted a manicure with painted nails with a design.We waited our turn she went 1st she was told she could not get a design on regular Polish.. So we agreed m to gel. Then she was told that her nails were not long enough she had to get acrylics to get her design. I told the lady no she could do gel do gel and something similar for the design on her real nails. My daughter did not get her design and 2 of her fingers were actually bleeding after the manicure. She painted over the blood. It's not like they didn't do designs, they had a display.

My nails look like they need to be filled after a week. The service was a disappointment.

Regret taking my mother here to get pedicures done. They rushed through our service after we sat in the pedicure chairs for 20 to 30 mins waiting we got water turned on for a few minutes. I was the last one to have water turned on and the first out of the water. The lady who was doing mine was removing my cuticles off my toe nails and cut my toe. Then after finishing my pedicure she turned around and used the exact same tools on the next customer WITHOUT cleaning them! Will never go here again!

In love with my nails! 10/10!!! Staff were super welcoming and made me laugh will definitely be returning! So glad I found good place to get my feet and hands done

Literally the worst pedicur experience. Very rushed. Felt like I was an inconvenience for coming in.

Asked several times with the pedicure included and the difference between the types they offer so I can choose one, was completely ignored every time. Just handed a brochure with $60-$65 smell choices.

Felt that everything was dirty...there were nail clippings on the pedi bowl! As I watched after my service was over, the tech just wheeled the cart and tools to the next client without sanitizing or getting new tools and files!

Rude, rushed, dirty, sloppy work :(

I would NEVER recommend going here :(
