Visited the station today and they had the half price burger offer on. We ordered the burgers but unfortunately we were disappointed. The bun was not a brioche bun as described in the menu, and the bread was really stale. The drink selection was very nice though, we had the 2x cocktails for £12 and ordered 4 they were really good. Unfortunately the food let us down.
Had lunch during the day. Service was fast and food was great. Easy getting served and nicely laid out inside. Would recommend a visit.
Amazing place…. Vibrant settings and a really nice welcome by the staff. If your visiting Clitheroe make sure you make this place your first stop. Food is amazing and a really cool place
We had a pre Christmas dinner and sweet, it was delicious and the service was great, nothing was too much trouble and really good atmosphere, we will go back, loved it ????
Really disappointing, won’t be visiting again. We’re local and have been a few times but today was just terrible. Bar Manager was so preoccupied with something else that serving us appeared to be a chore for him. Left waiting at the bar for ages. Then when our food arrived my husbands order was wrong, the bar manager didn’t offer to replace it and you could clearly see he just wanted my husband to eat the incorrect meal. At the end of the meal, we expected that the incorrect meal would have been deducted by way of an apology, nope. In fact my husband didn’t even get an apology, the bar manager just showed him the PDQ and said “tap here”. It really was a master class in how not to win repeat custom. If you’re looking for fantastic food and great customer service, I can highly recommend the Brown Cow in Chatburn, just down the road.
Great service. That blond lady with a ponytail that served me was amazing. Had a t-bone and couple of pints. However, food can do better. And music should be less loud. Great vibes. All together 4/5. Recommend.
It's a lovely, cosy, centrally located pub, with a pleasing decor; the atmosphere in there is always nice. The food isn't bad, but definitely overpriced. The prices suggest fine dining, but the quality of the food doesn't. There are much better restaurants in the Clitheroe area at the same price and many cheaper restaurants of the same quality.
No stars as we turned up after being at a wedding reception to be told the place had closed down weeks prior and they didn't have the decency to tell us. Poor and they have taken our money.
