Best PlaceJuice Reviews

What a delightful spot this is. The Pavilion café is well kept and clean with bright decor. Friendly helpful staff are unrushed and attentive.
There is plenty of seating both inside and out. The best tables are on the patio in the sun overlooking the children's play area in Victoria Park. Joggers jog by. Dogs drag walkers along, holding little black bags. Cyclists roll past on their way to work or uni. Mums watch excited children on the play equipment.
Around the café, the park generally are some very fine tall and mature trees.
Full breakfast and lunch menu available with the spectacular Prince Albert (double everything) option. A range of lunch and early evening meal options. You can get just simple tee or coffee and cakes or proper sit down feast. What is not to enjoy?
Friendly and helpful staff
Great hot chocolates and huge slices of cake… good service and Char was very helpful…
We stopped off for a couple of latte & apple juice for our Granddaughter after we walked our dog & she had a play in the park
Love this little cafe. They have a fairly extensive menu. Food is nice, generous portions. Staff seem friendly and professional. Look forward to frequent visits in the summer!
We love to walk to here grab a coffee and a slice of their incredible cakes!!
We have had wonderful sandwiches here and my brother especially enjoys the cooked breakfast
Have not been in for a while, but from what I have heard the staff are still nice and friendly to there customers and they know how to cook. All the best girls from the afternoon coffee man and I hope the garden gnome still as a smile on her face. XX.
Great location. ..... but place allows dogs to run free and jump up at you while you order food ...... good menu and choice of cakes if a little pricey. ... but they give you the food in those awful none recyclable kebab boxes. .... OK but could be a lot better with a little effort

Quick Facts About The Park Pavilion Café

The Park Pavilion Café has several strengths that contribute to its overall positive reputation. Firstly, customers consistently comment on the café's cleanliness and well-kept appearance. This is an important factor for potential customers as it indicates that the café takes pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Additionally, the café is praised for its friendly and helpful staff. Reviews mention that the staff are unrushed and attentive, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for customers. This is a significant strength as good customer service is vital for creating a positive dining experience.
The café's location is another strength that is frequently mentioned. Situated in Victoria Park, the café offers a picturesque view of the park and the children's play area. Customers enjoy sitting on the patio in the sun, watching joggers, dogs, and cyclists pass by. This scenic location adds to the overall appeal of the café, making it an attractive spot for customers to visit.
In terms of the menu, the café offers a range of options for breakfast, lunch, and early evening meals. Customers appreciate the variety of choices available, with particular mention of the "spectacular Prince Albert" option, which offers double portions. The food is described as nice, with generous portions, and the menu is seen as fairly extensive.
The café also receives positive feedback for its hot chocolates and cakes. Customers mention that the slices of cake are huge and the hot chocolates are great. This is an important strength as it indicates that the café excels in offering indulgent and delicious treats, which can be a significant draw for customers.
Despite these strengths, there are some weaknesses that could be addressed to further improve the café's offering. One complaint mentioned by a customer is the presence of dogs that are allowed to run free and jump up at customers while they are ordering food. This can create an unpleasant and potentially unhygienic experience for some customers. Implementing stricter guidelines regarding pets could help alleviate this issue.
Another weakness pointed out is the use of non-recyclable kebab boxes to serve food. This can be seen as environmentally unfriendly and goes against the growing trend of sustainability in the food industry. Opting for more eco-friendly packaging options could help address this concern.
Additionally, some customers feel that the prices are a little high, particularly for the cakes. Lowering the prices or offering more affordable options could attract a wider range of customers and increase overall satisfaction.
In conclusion, The Park Pavilion Café has several strengths that contribute to its appeal, such as its cleanliness, friendly staff, and picturesque location. The menu offers a range of options and the hot chocolates and cakes are highly praised. However, there are some weaknesses, including the presence of dogs and the use of non-recyclable packaging, as well as higher prices. Addressing these weaknesses could further improve the café's overall offering and customer satisfaction.
