I noticed this place when driving through and decided to stop by for lunch.
The parking lot is very tight with only a few spots and getting in and out was quite difficult because many people had large vehicles when I visited (long bed trucks, SUVs and Vans) however, as frustrating as the parking situation was the food was amazing and the staff were all great.
I ordered one if each tamale (8 in total) and I split them with my guest.
We also tried the Chile relleno which was delicious as well.
The tamales were $2.50 each which is about the average now but they were a good size (I'll usually be served a thinner tamale from other restaurants). The red and green salsas they provide were great too and I wish we would have been able to take some home.
For a drink we tied the champurrado which was also quite good.
The atmosphere was welcoming and I look forward to stopping by again some day in the future.
Was craving a nice Mexican breakfast its been awhile since we been here food is still great as ever
Food is good. Unfortunately we will not be coming back until they allow indoor seating. Only Outdoor sitting is available; under a HOT plastic tent. Available fans aren’t enough to cool the place down. Super uncomfortable atmosphere.
Service is great and the food is really good. They have the best tamales.
We are from Pomona California. We drove out to Liliana‘s. Some coworkers of my husband said their tamales were very good. We waited in line 30 minutes which is not bad. We ordered two dozen pork tamales. The meat was very dried total turn off plus we ordered one dozen cheese and Rajas those were outstanding they were moist soft even three days later they were still good but the pork one’s got to go somebody needs to up their game on the dryness. That’s the only problem Liliana has other than that clean environment parking is not that bad.
Three dozen tamales $100
I’m from the bay area and i made sure i stopped by to try this place for tamales. I liked the tamales they were a great size with lots of meat. keep in mind there is an 4% extra charge if you pay with debit or credit. also, the parking sucks it’s super tight but i was able to find a spot.
I come here every year to purchase tamales for Christmas. I was not happy with my purchase, the tamales were not savory and each year it gets worse. I return hoping the next time they will taste like the first couple of years when I began coming here. I spend over $200 on tamales, too much to not taste good.
The lines are always long with customers waiting to buy the tamales.
I will update my review once I return and eat at their restaurant to try the many items on the menu. Hopefully, it will be better than their tamales.
This place is great for the family, it has a homie feel like eating at an ants house but thats probably because of the staff very friendly, the tamales and champurrado are outstanding and the rest of the food is fantastic.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
