I took my wife in for her birthday she had her hair colored and cut was very happy with the services. She then went back and had her nails and pedicure done which we both were very satisfied with the owner, customer service, and overall salon experience she just wished they offered skin services but we were told soon they will. Of course we will be back.
Had my nails filled in yesterday and I had a wonderful experience! I was able to set up an appointment easily and quickly for after work which was awesome. Both Dorene and Asia helped me and were very kind and got me just the look I was going for! Thank you ladies again so much for the help, my nails are so perfect and ready for my baby shower this weekend ????.

Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with great people. It's had some ups and downs with Covid, but the owner is always sweet, professional and you can tell she really loves the place and works hard for her people.

It’s very unfortunate that someone had to go write fake reviews in on the salon. Due to her own differences and separation from the salon.
1. The haircut that was undone was the clients sister doing her hair and another stylist had to do the cut due to the sister unable to do the cut she asked for.The client and sister ran out to see the car accident which shattered.
2. The salon has not offered waxing in over 2 years so there is no way there was a bad experience with waxing. We have never offered threading services either.
3. The salon does not play explicit music and each and every stylist is professional and courteous.

I came to the kru to get my nails & feet serviced. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this presence of unprofessionalism. Loud explicit music playing & workers who are definitely lacking in customer service. This was not the worst part. After going back & forth trying to get the stylist to understand what I wanted for my nails we finally came to the agreement on my design. She did not uphold the standard I was expecting. I am disappointed to say the least. Not only by the actions & flow of the salon but the overall work did not leave me satisfied. You are probably better off doing your nails yourself, take my advice from my terrible experience.
I had seen a couple posts from this salon on Instagram. So I decided to finally check them out. I made an appointment for eyebrow threading and a mustache wax. My appointment was made for Sat @ 3:30 pm, my salonist cancelled on me which left me feeling weary already. After cancelling we made another for Sun @ 12 pm. I show up to my appointment and she takes me to the room to get threaded and waxed. I specifically asked for a clean up on my eyebrow. Not to touch the overall shape. After making my wishings clear she then proceeded to change the entire shape of my eyebrow. Leaving my right arch higher than my left. My eyebrows are now uneven, how is the professional leaving me worst than I came? I will never come here again! The mustache wax also burnt my lips, I know it shouldn’t be piping hot. I am not sure what type of management owns this salon but they do not got it in order here. The owner does not care for your business and just wants your money. They will never see me here again!
