I’ve been here so many times and up until today everything was fine and had been fine but today was horrible! Everyone needs to stop giving them business. What little business they do get. I went in to get a soak off done and normally they service me with no issues but today they said no they wouldn’t do my soak off . I asked why and they said because it would take too long even though there was NOBODY THERE. The salon was literally empty. Not a customer in sight! I looked around and told her but there’s nobody here and she said yea I’m sorry I’m not going to be able to do it. I don’t know what the issue is because they’ve done my soak offs before but I have a feeling it’s because I won’t get my nails done there. They’ve asked me in the past to do my nails and I said no because I have a nail tech that actually does my nails. I just go to them to get my soak offs done in between sets. I’m so disgusted with what I experienced today. I will never return and will definitely tell everyone not to go there.

The people that work there are very nice . It’s not really loud in there like most places, which I really like. My Pedicures still looks great after 2 weeks. I really like this nail salon much better than any other one I have ever used. I’m so glad they are also close to home!

Got my real fingernails done with a regular polish that I brought. The guy filed my nails WAY to harshly, and did, like, a Nike symbol with the base coat....the base coat should actually cover the nail, to keep the polish from damaging the nails, but he didn't do that. The only things I liked were that he took his time with the polish, did enough coats, and the ending look is fine. So if you have long real nails, I dont suggest going here.

Will never use this place again they messed up my nails and just got them done the other day and they are about to come off already ????????????

Every time I get a gel pedicure, it’s great! I never feel like they’re rushing to finish and they take their time. The massage at the end is also phenomenal. Definitely my new go to place!

This place is great! I got a manicure and a pedicure and they did such an amazing job. On top of that they are just very nice people. They make you feel comfortable like you’re family! This place also has a relaxing and very clean atmosphere! I highly recommend using this place!

I got a manicure and needed 3 fake nails out on my nails which has broken. In 3 days 2 if them have come off. One broke if within 24 hours, when I put my hand in my pocket.
