I went there in the late afternoon. It seemed like the place had a quite busy day. Cleaning was in-progression. So, can't give 5 out 5 for atmosphere.

I thought they will be writing my namd on the cup as they asked my name... But that was not the case. May be they only needed for the bill. So, bit disappointed there as well.

I bought strawberry ???? frappachinu... It was comparatively pricier than most eother drinks. I liked the it better when it was almost finished and I was only getting the creamy part... However, next time will be careful before choosing cold drinks as I don't wanna fall sick! Thankfully I didn't.

The place is dirty and smelly, and tables are not cleared. The person who served me wasn’t as polite as I would expect, almost like my particular drinks order was inconvenient. The drinks are not as nice as Starbucks Neats Court.

Went for coffee following a work meeting. It was fairly busy and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Service was slow and out table was dirty, No one had wiped it down. When I was called to collect our coffee's the cups were so full that it was difficult to carry them back to the table. Probably won't go thete again.

Starbucks coffee is realy good , but I have to say if I choose a cake slice of cake or biscuit they look like they have been in the cabinet for weeks , no wrapping no date on them I know we are trying to reduce packaging but they need to up their game or put one of each item out not for consumption and take a fresh piece from behind the counter , on a positive note the staff are always friendly and helpful .

It's my favourite Inc nice staff...I'm always go there every week xx

Can't expect same standard as London branches. Coffee tastes like mud most times.

I have never waited so long for a coffee in my life. I had actually grown a beard and had 5 children by the time I received my coffee. I have seen my grandfather type faster on his Nokia 3310. It made dial up look like virgin fiber.

Great coffee and family however the outlets did not stuck or serve some of the drinks. Also different recipe used from previous Starbucks outlet for same drink
