Excellent service. The staff were amazing and went over and above to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and made us feel welcome. This was more than generally expected from a non-independant coffee shop.

It was clean and had a really fresh feel to it. It was spacious and felt comfortable at the same time. Frinks were delicious.

Will be visiting again when we go to the Trafford Centre.

I visited this Starbucks drive thru on Saturday 21st November. I recieved AMAZING service from the lady on the window named Paula. She really does deserve some recognition for her friendly smile and helpful manner. I asked about the Starbucks cards and she provided me with a variety to choose from and gave me all the information I need when using it in the future including on the app. Paula really deserves to be praised for her professionalism. I shall be visiting again thanks to her.

It's a Starbucks - what more can I say. Clean enough and the staff are fine. Food and coffee is exactly what you'd expect, nothing special but does a job. Drive through can get very busy, and the traffic on the local access (retail park) can be an issue.

Nice americano but could of done with being a bit hotter.

Great service , however I have to ask for a tray (two drink and a panini) and a spoon as chocolate with cream . Shouldn't it be obvious? Staff who provide me the tray and spoon had a smile that made my day though. Visited back today and what a great and different customer service from Lukey! He served us at the table. Very few times I ate my words,but this one deserves it.

terribly dirty inside, it is impossible to take a table because all of them are not cleaned, rude service! I do not recommend this place!

Give Paula a raise! All the staff here are nice but Paula is next level. Love how cheerful she is when I hear her voice at the drive thru.

Sadly, they know this time of season always demands on the especial drinks comes , still said out of stock , same last year !!! .its simple ,order more , and when the offers finished, what's leftover can be still used , not even the Halloween reached , it's gone .I don't know who's in charge or how they think !!!
