So.. I really wished I'd get a decent Starbucks quality drink. I ordered a hot chocolate and I'm not being funny but I can get a better one at The Commodore. It looked and tasted like dirty sink water. I'd expect this quality from a McDonalds. The guy taking my order even told me that getting this particular hot chocolate is better than the one I originally ordered because they didn't have it "out and ready" for service. I've also taken pictures of how disgusting the place was left. A woman came over to our table to check if there was any mess and completely ignored the spilled drink all up the wall, table, floor and table. Lazy staff won't be back.

I wish this had a no star policy, place was more like a doss house.. tables were filthy and full up with empty cups etc. My friend ordered a tea and cup was filthy, she asked for a clean cup and gad to go to counter again to get replacement one. Staff were just standing chatting. No urgency for cleanliness, I know you cannot pick your customers but teens were lying on chairs ????. It was my first time in here as near disability parking but never again will I venture in there.. Costa you have no worries about this being your rival as you are 200% better.. awful .. stay clear of this Starbucks or any if this is to go by.

Very disappointed 3 people behind the counter. The tables were all dirty. I found one that wasn't to bad to have are drinks. They were not that busy. That they couldn't come out and clean the tables. Please sort this is a problem. I was working myself while there.

Normaly I have tea but when I have coffee I have Espreso and I think it's good. But not as good as mine which is why I opt for tea.

Ubereats order. Tried ringing Starbucks directly but no answer. Gone off/curdled milk in drink yet has still been sent out?! God knows how this was missed by a "professional barista" or how they can expect someone to drink this... Never have a problem in store but on multiple occasions have had funny smelling drinks, incorrect orders, missing items etc but this is just nasty

Fast and friendly service, serving great tasting Hot and Cold Drinks. A range of Hot/Cold Snacks also available. My Strawberry Ice Drink was very tasty.

Although Starbucks can be quite expensive, it's all part of the experience.

Visited here today to sit in and have coffee with my son and husband, a lot of the tables needed cleaning as well as the seats with food on. I had to clean the table myself where I wanted to sit, also there was no stirrers to stir the coffee with so I had to use a straw and the coffee had been filled right to the brim so when I opened the lid it spilled on the table and over my hand.

They did seem very understaffed with only two people serving although very pleasant and friendly, last but not least the ladies toilet desperately needed cleaning and the hand dryer was out of order and as there was no paper towels to dry my hands on I had to use toilet paper.
