When I called the lady was very nice but when I got there I got seated with this guy, I don’t know his name but he wasn’t very friendly didnt really talk and hardly asked if I liked it I wanted them shorter but he just kept going. He took his time which was nice but they still didn’t turn out good not the shape or length I wanted. He also drilled at my fingers so long the skin by my cuticles started to bleed. At the end me and my friend were practically demanded to give a tip. Definitely not worth it.
Wait times were very long today. Tips are not even and dots are thick. Prize was high as well. Wouldn't recommend. "Professional " looks like home made.
I did like my nails but this place is pretty expensive lol it seems like verytime I come in they prices are raised last month I got almost the exact same set of nails for 60$ which I already was like haha… ok… but today it was 75$ which is just ridiculous lol anyways here’s my nails

This is not my first choice for nails But I needed to get them done today so I didn’t expect amazing results since my last time here was not super good however my nails don’t look horrible but they could have been done much better although the guy was very nice and asked how I liked them but he was also rushed there was only two people working and they had lots of people needing stuff done.
But he charged me $60 I paid $5 tip
For a full set I’m not sure if they changed their prices with the economy or not but that is way more then what I usually pay for a full set! usually I pay 45 +5 tip for a full set especially a simple set like I got.
This place is good if you are in a pinch and need a set done but definitely ask about price first
I asked for square and they are very close but not precise, again I don’t hate them but I don’t love them either especially for the price and I was fully aware that I would not get super super on point nails
I hope they can get more techs in to work so that they can spend more time on each client to do the best job possible ❤️

My nails did not turn out the way I wanted , but they did a good job. The nails are durable and last well

Went to get a gel manicure, and the final result is pretty good!! Only issue is they used a drill to remove soft gel from my nails, which was unnecessary and left my nails a bit sore.
Confusing to find since they changed their name from "cute nails and spa" to "star nails" and it doesn't mention that online anywhere...I set an appointment and was rushed into finding my color when I was told I had to pick from a different set of colors...turns out without asking I was switched to gel so there was a higher charge than expected. The entire process was VERY rushed and it truly shows. The acrylic doesn't even meet my cuticle line, it looks like they already need to be filled...Just sad. Not worth the $50 spent.
First off let me start by saying I’m a picky brat when it comes to my nails. I called and made an appointment with Nina because I had went to another salon in Waunakee and they butchered my nails. Nina took the time to take my nails off and give me a complete new set. Let’s be real they look absolutely amazing. I will never go to another salon again. Thank you so much ????????
