1st time there. Lived the quick and friendly service. Tech that did my nails was friendly and everything only complaint is that my nails were a bit uneven and she used one that was too big for my finger. She was managing two people so not too upset. Love the service and will be back.

Everyone was very friendly, the salon is clean and the chairs are comfortable. Xiomara did an excellent job on my dip manicure. She took her time to make sure my natural nails were prepped and cleaned up properly before starting the dip process. My nails look so good! She was very sweet and made sure I was happy with the service. I’m so relived that I found a great salon that does quality work so close to my house. Now I don’t have to drive 25 min to West!

Can not recommend this place enough they do a fantastic job!!!! I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted and they copied it exactly. I love my nails soooo much and will definitely be coming back for my next set ????

The lady doing my nails was very friendly, however whatever they put on my nails (she said it was the primer) burned my finger tips so badly they felt like they were on fire.. like a chemical burn. I have gone to countless salons and have gotten my nails done more times than I can count and I don’t recall EVER feeling this type of pain from any product put on my nails during the process of getting them done. Every salon I’ve ever been to has used primer and I’ve never once felt the burning sensation I felt while getting my nails done here. I did let my nail tech know and she didn’t seem too concerned about it— I was fighting back tears it hurt so badly. I got a fill in with an almond shape and a light layer of chrome powder on top and was charged $74 before the tip!! How on earth does that make sense when a full set costs the same amount if not less AFTER the tip? I didn’t get any designs or anything fancy, and my nails were already rounded when I came into the salon, same length and everything. $74 for a fill in is VERY steep for what the end result was. I’m not sure if I got taken advantage of or what but I’m not very happy with my experience, especially since the painful burning sensation I was feeling was around 8 out of 10, then getting charged what I did for a very minimal design choice.That alone is probably why I won’t be returning even if I liked the end product of how my nails looked.

So professional and actually took the time to do everything I wanted. Made sure I liked what he was doing and actually listened to me and what I wanted. Way better than noire nail bar on Washington Pike. I've found my new nail salon and I'm so thankful for the friendly staff. Awesome job thank you so much ????

Great friendly, professional staff in a nice clean environment. I would recommend to anyone. By far the best salon I have used in Knoxville.
