Love Spa Pointe! They are all so friendly and always take their time to give the best service. Also the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Mihee is amazing at lashes - I will not go anywhere else! This spot is definitely the go to for my whole family for manis and pedis. They can even make my short chewed up nails look good! :)

I came into Spa Pointe for the first time for a gel manicure while i was visiting CT because a friend recommended it to me. My experience while I was there was very nice, they gave me a massage which is unusual lately which was a nice treat. It is a bit pricey but at first I found it worth it. Unfortunately 2 days later my gel polish started to chip, so I called the salon and spoke to the owner about possibly getting some kind of refund since I was now back home in MA. She demanded I send her a photo before she could do anything, which I did. And once I did this she started interrogating me; questioning who did them, saying she was going to look up video footage, and calling me a liar saying they were not my nails and refusing to refund me. Although my experience felt nice the quality of the products obviously isnt great because it did not last. The owner is so unprofessional to have interrogated me after sending her a photo and then calling me a liar. Not only do I expect a refund but I expect an apology for this behavior, this is not how you treat a new customer and now my friend who recommended the business to me will no longer be returning as well.

I always get gel manicure and pedicures, they last longer. That being said I came in for a basic mani and pedi with the gel polish. I was charged $30 for the removal of the prior gel on my nails. The total was $114. I almost fell over! The lady who did my nails showed me the price at the very end. $35 for the manicure, $43 for the pedicure and $30 for gel soak off. I didn't say anything because I don't like making a fuss, but that price is highway robbery. I won't be back.

Hands down cleanest place I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and they do an amazing job. I love that I can get a 10 or 20 min chair massage when Im done with my nails Sonia is the BEST!!

For just acrylic french nails, I was charged $120. I didn’t get any other service. I was telling the lady next to me that it’s the day before my wedding and I’m certain the guy doing my nails charged me more. Where else is a basic acrylic french $120? I was absolutely blown away and will never be back… I suggest you avoid as well…

Beautiful clean professional service! The friendliest staff around! There are many choices for pedicures. The reflexology was wonderful and very relaxing. Good to see such friendly welcoming faces who really care about their customers. I will definitely be back and sending in referrals!

I have lash extensions and I get them filled every two weeks with Jane. She does an amazing job. She is very professional and has met all my expectations. It’s important to me to have my lashes exactly like I like them and she always accommodates any request I have. The spa is clean, inviting and relaxing. You won’t be disappointed!

Little Shanice favorite place!!!!! Very good for parents with little girls $10 to get the paint done they got non toxic nail polish very good but cost a little more always ask about the price before you go and do it make sure you got the money if you tip very generaly you'll be put first before anybody else make sure you ask about the spa treatment you're having cuz they do use lemon so if you are allergic to lemons let them know can't get mad for allergic reaction they have very good customer service they use Vitamin E oil $120 for eyelash extensions for installments very good price keep them up well you get a whole month out of them good massages and you can't go wrong for getting your little daughter's nails done for 10$... hurry y grand opening prices are still available!!!!
