Had the shimp soft and crispy tacos, were just right and generously proportioned. Had the quesadilla al pastor, generous meet proportion and well seasoned. Service was quick. Extra sauce is extra and we didn't know when I asked for it after our order came out, the owner didn't charge us so we left an extra tip in the jar on the way out.
I love that the place didn't smell like they cleaned the floors with toilet water as all other Mexican places. Although if you go an hour before closing and eat inside and have a hightened sense of smell it will bother you as it did me but my company didn't mind. I would definitely go back!
We came here on Thursday and they have $1.25 taco specials (even one Thanksgiving day). I got asada and Al pastor. And the asada was very good! It has that smokey charred flavor. The meat was not dry at all. The tacos were a decent size too! The pastor was ok, a bit mushy and was very oily... I've had better in San Diego. But can't really complain for $1.25!!
The fish tacos were also tasty. Flaky soft fish. Batter was a bit heavy but overall with the taste I like it!
Yes I would definitely be back esp on Tuesday or Thursday for their specials.
This place is the Bombay fish tacos are good tacos are good everything is good good to go here!
One of the best tacos ever! I stopped by recently when we were very hungry and there was none in the area. This one was open with the brightest lights which took us in. There was a line and wait but it was worth it. Prkce was reasonable too. I had 1 taco in downtown for $4. Here tacos go fro. 99 cents to $2.19 each.
I had a fish, shrimp, and beef tacos. I had to taste a little of everything, and it was well worth the feeling of being overstuffed. I don't mind being fat if it's going to taste this good.
Loved it. How have I not been here before?? The fish and shrimp tacos are awesome. The tortillas are amazing. The tacos dorados de camaron are also pretty damn good. There is a bottle of their own sauce on every table and it's really good too, not very spicy but a real good sauce that went well with everything and they sell bottles of it too. I had 3 fish tacos, 1 shrimp taco and 2 hardshell shrimp tacos and a small jamaica. The jamaica was a little on the sweet side but still refreshing. Realized that they have lots of locations too, gonna have to try them all, for science.
Food was great for the price. But the tables had a lot of trash on them, making it difficult to sit down. The hot sauce they have was an utter disappointment they need to change their sauce and get something with a good kick.
