Have been going to Sola Nails over 10 years. I love the Employees & Owners. My nails, are fantastic every time. I also do Pedicures and Waxing. Fantastic!!!
My first time there. It was clean... mostly females working there and one guy. I got the guy and he did Fabulous! Usually the guys don't do so great at a nail shop. I didnt get his name. They were pretty steady while I was getting a pedi. I was recommend this nail shop and I will be coming back. Oh I almost forget to mention they have punch card! After 10 services $20 off the next service.
Amazing!!! I always go here to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. My nails ended up looking better than the photo I showed her! Alena did my nails and I always ask for Nicole to do my eyebrows (I like to keep them thicker) ????????
Staff are really sweet, gave a “ok” price for the nails. The acrylics were really uneven and they did add some stuff I didn’t ask for that made the nails look worse. They cut my hand with the buffer to the point where I was bleeding. Twice.
This was my first time being here about two days ago and it was not the best experience for sure. When we got started half way thru they switch me to another nail tech without letting me know anything or why because someone walked in, I made an appointment too so why do I feel like the level of my service decreased. While new tech is doing my nails now another tech sits by her and she stops service to count out money and to give it to her. Then grabbed my hand back right after no communication at all. The entire time every tech is ignoring customers and only speaking to eachother. Also while doing my nails she kept flicking my fingers and pulling the one she was working on, I felt in her way. Also noticed tech tell customer next to me that she moves to much and said that the drill will hurt her so stop moving. Very sturn and awkward. I know my nail beds and fingers are crooked but as a nail tech you are capable of making all the nails look more like eachother rather they match my finger shape.
When I first started coming here I was so happy and content with the service, over the past 4 years that I’ve been coming here it’s not the same… the quality and service sucks. Despite of them stealing money from my mom at one point ( took tip money upon themselves when giving her her change back, when confronted as to why they automatically tipped themselves $20 they said it was bc she never said anything when they asked to her pay, I asked if my mom had physically said she was tipping $20 *which she never did agree too* they said she never said yes or no? Sooo red flag. I’ve also made appointments and arrived 5 min early and still wasn’t attended seen until 30- 40 min later. Just a week and a half ago I came in with my sister and had my 9 month old and said we weren’t doing our nails at the same time so we could trade off with baby Incase he got
Fussy. They didn’t care and insisted for us to go at the same time, I had difficulty getting my nails done while hold a baby with my other arm. I did powder dip and as you can see they did not last what so ever. My nail tech also thought it’d be okay to file my cuticles with the nail filer machine thing which hurt so much! When she filled my nail from my previous color she left crusty ugly patches not a clean or smooth surface for my powered fill.she also filled my nail after the color was already applied. ? Leaving scratches and uneven nails tip and front view. They looked awful. Never again returning. I may not speak their language but it was crystal clear that they judged me when I confronted them about my mom situation and this past recent visit when I brought my baby which I’m aware is not ideal but I had the help and they didn’t want to wait for one or the other to finish they just want you in and out (rushed service) so no one walks out waiting to long . Nancy needs to do better . So disappointed. And overpriced. Also expect to be judged if you don’t tip more than 5 dollars
I love this place! I've been going here a little over a year now. I'm an introvert and so not a big talker. They make me feel comfortable. All the technicians do amazing work.
Lisa did my nails and she was amazing!! She was so gentle and patient and my nails turned out so cute! This will be my new go-to nail salon!!!
