I went there and couldn’t even get a service because the workers were back there just talking and no one asked me if i need help, i don’t know how they still in business
I called this Mexican owned place to get a haircut I asked if they did haircuts in English and she hung up on me because I didn't speak Spanish so I called right back asked if they could did haircuts she said yes in English I asked if she spoke English she said no in English or whatever and hung up on me again why can't I get a haircut from here if I don't speak Spanish very un professional I don't know how they stay in business if they won't even accept me as a paying customer all I want is my haircut I guess my voice was too ugly for them or whatever their reason was for hanging up on me and not accepting me I will never go back here and if you go here I hope you like these people and they're just one-sided they won't cut white girl hair they just hang up on white people pretty sad I would give this place no stars because they keep on hanging up on me every time I call and I've called more than twice. I wonder what would happen if I walked in they just wouldn't talk to me if I didn't speak Spanish thanks for making me feel unwanted in your community.????????????????????????
The young lady working was nice, great communication cute salon atmosphere. I probably wouldn't use the products she used on my hair since my hair was very straw like later. I had to wash out my hair at home because it lost moisture. Cut came out great

REALLY DISAPPOINTED. why have a sign in if they do not RESPECT first come fist serve. I understand if they have an appointment but if you walk in wait about 3 hours and someone else comes in as a walk in and they are taken first that's beyond upsetting, when telling the ladies that took the gentleman they said "its not my fault you are being undecided" first of all there is no need to have attitude, and second of all there was nothing to be decided about we clearly went for a haircut so there was no clarification as to what she was talking about, she was rude. Upon bringing this issue up to COCO she was CARELESS and just walked away. check the Facebook reviews I am not the only one who thinks these women are rude :)
I love the employees and how they cut your hair they really care about your style and how you look for school, work and outdoor activites! I would recommend to get a haircut here! also if your getting a basic haircut then it should cost you 12$ but if your trying to style yourself its 22$ from 12-22$ in the beauty salon! also... define appointment? ????????
El ambiente es muy tranquilo, las estilistas son muy buenas y muy amigables... También muy profesionales y saben muy bien hacer su trabajo. El precio es muy razonable. No soy más cinco estrellas porque no tienen el color de tinte que yo necesitaba. Creo que deberían tener más variedad de colores. Pero si no fuese por ese motivo tendrían las 5 estrellas. Muchas gracias doña Lety porque me atendió muy bien y muy delicada. Yo pago de migrañas pero casi no sentí dolor cuando me desenredo el pelo.
