Customer service is always good. Good is always hot and fresh. The taste is always is 10/10. I’m really particular with how i like my food and they always do it exactly how I want it. Lots of chip shops closer to me but I only use Shirley kebab house
WORLD's BEST DONER KEBAB! I’ve been to quite a few places in the world and love having doners/kebabs – I can safely say that I haven't had such a great taste anywhere else. Shirley K provides a good range of great Doner / Kebab selection with big portion sizes at reasonable prices, along with tasty sauces to go with the food. The food is always of great quality and extremely delicious – also, have seen that they always maintain high level of hygiene / cleanliness. The customer service has consistently been excellent and customers are always welcomed with a smile and they always deliver highly professional service. My family/friends have been regulars for years now. The day I decided to leave a review with pictures, there were a few youngsters (also in the picture) who said they are big fan of this place and have travelled from quite far away – they emphasised that they want to be part of the picture / review too. ???? PS: I order salad, sauce & naan separate, which is why I've only captured the picture of doner / kebab itself.
I really enjoy the chicken kebab and chips from here. Taste is spot on. Even when I go around 12am the food is delicious. Usually u find quality drops in most shops after hours but not here, they keep the quality there all the time

I just wouldnt go anywhere else.
The most friendly staff who know exactly what they are doing. The team work also is quite entertaining to watch.

Naan on chips with salad and sauce was amazing. Good to see the staff after many years. Service and quality of food is still high
Brought some fish and chips from shirley kebab house today. The chips were hard and the fish was nasty. To make matters worse my children found hairs on their chips, so we had to bin the whole packet. I called the shop to complain. They did not offer to refund instead they said they would sort me out next time. I don't think l will go back again even if they offered me free food.. I will definitely not recommend them.
Fresh naans no bigger than a pitta bread, they used to do them by hand alot bigger
Another cost cutting exercise no doubt. Disappointed as I had talked a mate into trying there as he always uses another chippy
The best kebab house south of Birmingham by far. I love it. I wish I could give it 10 stars. If you are in Shirley or Solihull worth a visit
