Lovely takeaway. The food is of a consistently high standard and the portions are very generous. We've never had a less than excellent meal from here, especially the crispy chilli beef.

The biggest issue with Sage is that it’s cash only. It’s not a big enough issue to keep us away, but in 2022 it’s an odd thing to do I think.

The food is good quality always. The service when collecting is usually good, but often you should expect to wait longer than you were told when placing your order.

Parking isn’t great outside (park on the road or if they’re very quiet there’s usually a parking bay right outside), but I’ve never failed to be able to park somewhere.

Not much meat/prawn content plus no free prawn crackers you have to spend £40, wow!!

Best Chinese around, shredded chicken in sweet chilli sauce is delicious. Great value for money and big portions, Highly recommend.

Amazing food every time, the portions are huge and can easily serve two people (Especially the fried rice). The timings they state are always under what it takes for the food to be ready, but is worth the wait, just remember to add another 10mins on to the quoted time and you can't go wrong!

Unfortunately after eating here for the last 10 yrs or so, I've just had enough of the poor quality chicken they use. I've given them the benefit of the doubt 6 times and every time I get a poor dish. To be fair all I ever eat are chicken wings so I can't comment on the rest of the menu. The wings used to be the best I'd ever had, now they are terrible, last time I only had 4 in my portion. the chicken was black and bruised, and over cooked. Such a shame as this was a great place.

Awful take away ordering battered chicken strips and just eating batter isn’t good enough.

Also ordered chicken balls and the chicken was chewy and batter around them was all slimy, sweet and Sour sauce taste of vinegar. Poor customer service Been told no such thing as good or bad Chinese food. £17 down the drain thanks also been refused a refund.

Yes you get decent size portions but if you end up not eating it then that becomes meaningless. Chewy Chicken Balls & Chicken curry full of onions, fried rice ok.
