Im new to the area, I don’t have a dedicated nail spot yet but I really liked this place. My nail tech was very nice and quick. I just went in for a gel polish change, they sat me right down right away. Everywhere else turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment. I’ll definitely be going back. The salon was clean and the people were friendly. It’s also located close to home for me so it was a win win win. Highly recommend
They’ve always taken me even times I’ve made day of, last minute appointments. Each tech is different but none of them are bad. Became very comfortable with them and miss this salon. Kim is amazing with nail art and recreating pictures you show her of what you want.
If I could give zero stars... I got my nails done here a week ago today and this is what they look like. I made an appointment, so they knew I was coming, but the person who did my nails was completely rushing because they were closing in 2 hours. He even said he wanted to go home and made jokes about hating work. Everyone was really nice, but the quality of these nails is terrible. The end of my thumb chipped off 2 days after getting them and now they're starting to all come off. Don't spend your money here.
I stopped here as it was on my route from work. I’m glad I did, I got a quality gel manicure, and they have found themselves a long time client. Only reason this is not 5 stars is my cuticles weren’t pushed back, but my nails and hands look great.
I've been going to Professionails for years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Kim does my nails each time and produces the best quality nails and they last me a full 3 weeks. Everyone here is super cool and chill and I always have a good time when I'm here. I've seen what the other techs do and they are truly talented!
Stopped by last minute to get some acrylics. Despite it being busy they were able to take me and my nail tech did a fantastic job (I believe her name was Linda)! She was so sweet and kind. Highly recommend this place and I definitely will return soon!
I went here for the first time last week to get dip on my nails. I typically go somewhere else, but the were completely booked for the weekend and ProfessioNAILS was able to get me in right away on Saturday. The people were very nice and the salon looked nice so I was impressed that they weren't busier for a Saturday. Once my nails were done I didn't love the way they looked but I didn't mind because I was just happy to have them done. A week later and 4 of my nails have cracked in half and they look like they are 3-4 weeks old. I typically can go 3-4 weeks in between appointments and I have never had my nails break. I am so embarrassed that I paid $40 dollars for this and that is not including tip. I have never had my nails look so bad a week after leaving the salon I am so frustrated. I typically don't leave reviews, but I would not recommend going here if you would like a dip manicure.
I came here yesterday in hopes of getting a nice full set for V-day. I had called before to see if they could do a tapered squared shape and the young lady said yes. I came to my appointment and the woman who did my nails was so nice but my nails were terrible and they hurt. I asked it fix it a few times and she tried but they were too bad to fix. While doing my toes i asked the manager if I could just get a solid color instead of the French tips. She ended ou fixing them and I was satisfied but it’s definitely not what I asked for. *pictures provided*
