Had a wonderful pedi...best one yet. It wasn't as busy this day so I actually got what I paid for and it was sweet! Sometimes it's very rushed and not worth the price. Staff work hard and definitely try to always do a great job.

Wouldn’t not recommend this place. Poor costumer service and rude workers.

I was getting French tip manicure and I was telling the lady my nail needs to be more evenly and she just said it’s “even” even though it wasn’t and rushed me off the seat cuz there was a lot of people waiting to get their nails done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Just moved to the area and needed a new nail shop. I think I found it! Got my nails done yesterday and my nails were beautiful! Unfortunately I just went to photo them to post a review and realized one broke! I have no clue when or how! It's just gone! But they looked really nice for 18 hours!

I’ve been here twice and have been very happy both times. I get powder dip by Nina and she does a wonderful. She takes her time and they last forever! Would highly recommend Nina.

NAIL FUNGUS ALERT... the last few time I went here and got my nails done I ended up getting toe nail fungus AND on my finger nails :( its so hard to get rid of highly DONT recommend.. I really liked Jason here and never had that issue when he did my nails but the 2 other techs I got both gave me a fungal infection.

I love Pinkys Nails (now Luxury Nails) because Jason does an outstanding job on my French manicure - which lasts for several months - using the powder & gel combination AND the pedicure with the foot massage - including adding the rock massage - is so relaxing that I fall asleep - I drive 25 minutes just to go to Pinkys (now Luxury) Nails - been going here for over 5 years - very pleased and super nice group of nail professionals - I’m so happy once I’m all done !

The chairs were broken with foam coming out and looked dirty. I did the deluxe and they didn’t do all that it said it came with. My daughter got the basic and her massage was longer than mine and I paid $10 extra. The polish came off 5 days after I got pedicure. They only do cash for tips and had no change for a $20. Will never go back and will stick with my place in Oakley. I only went cause I had a gift card there. Please don’t waste your money on this place.

If I can put 0 stars I would. The guy that did my nails cut my cuticles and I started bleeding. It hurt so bad. And it looked so bulky in the end
