My dogs, Kyla (Sheltie) and Sage (Shih Tzu) have gone to Paws & Claws on Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers for several years now, and although their prices are higher & they are usually overbooked, I have never experienced such demeaning & rude behavior from the gal at the desk.
Long story short, my Sheltie was due for a full wash, brush out & buttocks area & back of legs shaving. She kept there for 4 1/2 hours 10:30am until 3:00pm and I’m not sure exactly what was done. No shaving was done to her hind quarters. None. I’d already given a check with tip - then they brought her out.
This woman saw our disappointing faces & offered to take her back to groom her hind quarters. After 4 1/2 hours - we said no.
If I could have given no stars I would have. I’m so upset this happened, I don’t want anybody else to experience this treatment.

I have been bringing my mini Aussie (Taz) here for a year now and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They do an amazing job and the staff is always friendly.
Very friendly and high Quality results! Patty is a fantastic Groomer and knows her stuff!! Prices might be a little high, but you get what you pay for! Highly recommend!
Been going for some time now.Great staff. Jen is awesome with our little one, does a great job and even took the time to get to know her. I have never had a problem with anything and price is reasonable too. ????
I like having a reminder call. They do a great job. Charley is a an older Shitzu with lots of cysts, and they are very aware and careful. He always looks good when we pick him up.
They are always so nice.Izzy loves to go.
This place is the best. They took us same day for two very spoiled labradors - nail trims. Quick efficient and most importantly kind and gentle with my labs.
Jennifer always does an amazing job grooming my schnoodle!! My Princess loves her!
