This was my third time getting my dip nails done in this place with Wendy. She was great like always. Every lady there is wonderful and nice and they al have a great sense of humor too which it is also appreciated :). I took my mom today for the first time and she is really happy with her manicure too! They do a great job with dip nails and help choosing style and colors when you are lost (like I am!). They take their time and make sure you are happy with their job. I highly recommend them! My mom had Cindy doing her dip nails and is very happy with the results too.
unprofessional and rude i came in happy and excited and left dissatisfied and the nails were bad you’re better off spending your money at a quality salon plus the employees openly making fun of customers after they leave was disgusting
My husband and I came to get pedicures? It was the first my husband and first for me at this salon! Lovedddd it!! I’ve been to some in Montgomery and Oswego but I really liked the vibe!! I’m definitely going back and tipping waayyy better! Thanks
This place is horrible. DO NOT GO!!! I called in advance as a walk in and they seemed nice. But when i entered the nail tech didn't make conversation. I asked for a mani pedi. The pedi was okay, but could have been better. The manicure was absolutely mediocre! I let her know the flower and the nails were not good and the nail tech had the audacity to tell me it was my fault and that i did it. I had to get them redone at another place! 10/10 would NOT recommend!
The man there was very rude. He hold onto my hand to hard and his nails were jabbing in my skin. The wait took way to long l, it was about a 30 minute wait. At first it seems plesent and welcoming but after 5 minutes that feeling goes away. Bubbles appeared under the clear coating.
My ten year old son thought it was so very relaxing... his 1st pedi. He absolutely loved the chairs.
ITS CALLED “NAILS DESIGN” BUT THEY CANT DO NAIL DESIGNS??I went here to get my nails done when I walked in I wanted to show a picture of what I wanted to someone but they just kept telling me to wait, I ended up waiting for a little over an hour before I was finally seated and a lady started taking my nails off by scraping them off with another nail. I asked if I cld have a soak off because it hurt, she said no because there’s no time(after I jst waited over an hour) I asked again if I could show her a picture of the nails I want and was told to wait for her to go do somebody’s eyebrows and come back... so I waited, when she came back I finally was able to show her the nails jst for her to tell me she doesn’t know how to do them, and she can’t try to do them because it will take to long and cost $100, so I ended up waiting almost 2 hours jst to have my nails taken off... never EVER again, if u want any type of nail design do not go here don’t waist ur time like me ????
Very disappointed with this Spa. I've been going to this organization for over 2 years. I made an appointment for yesterday afternoon at 4:45 and when I arrived for my pedicure/manicure all the stations were full. I was asked to wait 50 minutes, even though I made an appointment. All that being said, I actually found a better Spa at Razny Nail Spa in Montgomery.
