Mimi saved me! I showed up with a botched nail job from another salon and thank goodness Mimi was available to transform my nails!! I love the work she has done from the shape to the design. And she made sure I was happy every step of the way. I will be coming back!
New to town and this place should be called RUSH nails. I thought because of high reviews this place would give me the service I needed. I went to get my pedicure and the lady rushed through the process. She didn’t file my nails and I did get the basic pedicure so I thought in my head I should have upgraded. I have gone to other places and gotten the basic pedicure and they have gone and above. I would of thought she would file them down after she cut them. Anyways she kept proceeding she kept trying to up sale me to gel polish but I told her I normally get just polish. When charging me she charged me $49 because there was a 3.75% fee for cc usage. Didn’t make sense when the basic pedicure was $37. She argued and she finally just refunded me the difference.
It’s been really hard to find a good nail salon in Douglasville. Found this one because of the reviews. Went in and had Mimi do my nails and she suggested dip powder which was the first time. It didn’t come out right for some reason. So the next day she did acrylic and my nails look amazing! The salon is really nice. I definitely found a place that I can continue service. Thank you guys so much for fixing my nails. Will continue to come back!
Brandon is AMAZING! He did a great job on my nails. I haven’t been to a shop since 2019 and to have him do my nails for the first time in 3 years, I love it! He is also so friendly!!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!
Literally the worst nail tech to have ever done my nails. Mind you i got the most basic thing done. I got a fill in dip powder clear pink. He told he would have to charge me $20 to just clean up my cuticles. Told me fill in for dip was going to be $50. When he finished you could still see my old set underneath what he just laid on top. Some of the sides of my nails werent even covered in the dip powder. He then filed off the color laid some more powder down. As i was paying i had to ask him to file down some of the sides of my nails where there was just extra dip powder stuck to my skin. I still tipped but WILL NEVER COME BACK.
This place is so nice! Brandon did my nails set, and he did an amazing job! Very gentle and accepting of my input through the whole process. Most places I go, we just sit in silence as the tech does my nails, but Brandon and the sweet tech at the table next to us (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) both kept up a nice conversation with me and my friend and made is both very comfortable for our experience. They are very upfront about their pricing in the initial conversation about what you want done, and it's a little more pricey than I'm used to, but the QUALITY of the work done and the friendliness of the techs is more than worth it in my opinion. You definitely get what you pay for. I would 100% recommend anyone to this place!
First time visiting and the staff was amazing! Very nice and funny, and they made us feel right at home. We took our mother to get a pedicure for the first time for her birthday and she really enjoyed herself.
I am surprised at the great reviews which is the main reason I came to this nail salon. I arrived to the salon on a Friday afternoon and there was only one other customer (1st red flag). The nail tech Brandon rushes through polishing my nails. At the time I didn't notice the imperfections. The nail polish must've been old as i watched him pour thinner into it. Just look at those pictures. This looks like my daughter did it. When I returned to get a refund the next day and/or fix the situation, Brandon yelled loudly at me NO REFUNDS and told me I should've said something yesterday. He did not acknowledge his faults and continued to deny any accountability. I felt very uncomfortable in that moment. I did not want to lose out on my money due to their policy. I allowed him to correct the mistakes. The customer service was horrible, the nail service was even worst. Do not go here there are plenty of places in the area. I do not recommend.
