I went to Organic Nails and Spa, today for a pedicure and manicure. First, the guy, pinch the skin on my thumb and it was bleeding and he broke my anklet. Then, when it is time for me to pay, I start writing a check. He tells me not to put a name on the check. He speaks in his language, turns to me, and says they don't take checks. I witnessed 2 customers pay with checks right before it was my time to pay. I tell the owner that the others paid with a check and she continues to say they did not and she does not take checks. I had to call my daughter from her job to bring me some money to pay.
NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE READ! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Do not ask for too much or they will give you an attitude. They have no idea what they are doing. I have been going to my original nail salon for over 10 years. I just moved to Douglas and wanted to try out this salon. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had and I will never go there again. They talk about you in front of you and they will give you an attitude if you go in there for more than 1 service. The level of disrespect I have experienced going in here was UNBELIEVABLE. I am surprised they are still in business. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This is NOT the place for ANYONE.
DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE ONE IN SAVE A LOT PARKING LOT. One star is way too much mandy is rude and only wants to do what she wants if you want your nails even or to look good do not go to her. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. they charge extra for length past your skin and you pay $15 for regular polishing (not gel) on top of the $30 or more for how long your nails are. Very rude.
The owner “MANDY” is rude! Whenever Jason isn’t there I let her do my nails but this time she was very rude. I told her that my nails were slanted. She responded by saying, “everyone don’t do nails the same next time you wait for Jason.” I won’t be coming back especially when you’ve spent hundreds of dollars with a business. Go somewhere else!
I’ve gone to organic multiple times and I’ve had issues almost every single time. I’ve got my nails done and when they were finished they already looked like they needed a fill-in. I paid 70 dollars for nails that fell off in 4 DAYS! They were popping off left and right like press on nails. If I could give less than a star I would.

Do not go here if you want your nails to look like they were professionally done. You can do a better job on them yourself, I don’t care how bad at it you are!
I always enjoy my visit. Pedicures are so relaxing. Salon is very clean.
