terrible! couldn’t do a design so painted over it and you can see it over the color, put a scrub on without asking and i was allergic, left acrylic all over my fingers. i’ve been getting my nails done for 6 years and i’ve gone so many places and this is by far the WORST

Was told they accepted walk-ins but yet when we walked in we were told they couldn't because they were too busy with appointments.

Strange, considering there was no one in the place doing anything nor were there any customers

Stormed out saying it's ok I will spend my money somewhere else

Just wow! I switched up where I normally get my nails done to support a local Brockport business. First, the man who did my nails was very nice and made it a relaxing experience. Plus, he massaged after completing my nails for a lot longer than any salon ever has! This will be my new go to spot!!

My husband and I booked pedicures along with the hot stone foot massage. We are both so pleased with our excellent experience! They did an excellent job, were very friendly, and the massage was multi-step and so relaxing. There were wonderful massage chairs, relaxing music, and They were very conscientious of sanitation. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have never been so satisfied with my nails! Chi is very nice and super precise. I love this place!

Will never go here again. The woman in the first chair is VERY RUDE to new customers, me, and she doesn’t now how to put an appointment in the book correctly. I wouldn’t have gotten the service that I needed and made an appointment for two days prior because I don’t even think see wrote it in the book. Again very very bad customer. I did get the services because I pulled out my appointment card which said I had an appointment. The women was not happy at all.
