So it's not karak chai it's my gelato. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The food looks amazing but its not great. Nothing wrong with it but its not on par with the ambiance or service. The gelatos look delicious but they are not more watery than creamy the texture is not quality. I have tried the lotus cheesecake from a few places but it was the worst I have had so far. The peanut dessert is nice

Fairly priced, fast and friendly service with lovely cosy interior. The desserts are tasty, really enjoyed the tiramisu cake and our doughnuts. Nice, different addition to the local area as not many cafe/dessert bars around. Hope this place stays.

First time I have visited this place with my family I think its quite under rated by the whole design of the place the whole outlook should be more, like Turing the walls in to glass windows showing more of the inside as they have an amazing wall of pakistani architecture of tea being made. They have an amazing amount of lighting.

The over all experience was really good the customer service was excellent.

The lady at the counter was polite and helpful.

We order a number of items and they all were refreshing from the doughnuts which were freshly made, to the strawberry flooda, oreo milkshake, gulab jamun cheesecake which was divine MA and lastly the karak chai was on point.

The karak tea tastes so good I had waffles too but they weren’t that special I had better ones elsewhere but the ice cream here is good.
