Order delayed due uber eat drivers cancelling. Spoke to Resturant who prepared the food and not willing to re prepare the order when food could be picked (have orders from them several times - no customer food will). Uber eats then canceled the order with charging full monies for the food. Contacted the restaurant who were unwilling to help in anyway. Not even willing for the order to be picked by myself. Utterly awful customer service! You have lost a long term customer! Ps last order was soggy and inedible due to Uber eat delays, hence the debacle.

Not a big fan, portion sizes are good but taste doesn't match other similar fast food outlets.

Their peri peri chicken is like no other!! After visiting No1 Pizza next door and blood dripped out of the chicken when I bit into it

i complained and walked out.

I went to MOMO's Express. Told him what happened to us and he was disgusted at the way we had been treated. He made us fresh grilled chicken, free fries and drinks and was genuinely concerned for how we had been treated and aggressively spoken to at No1 Pizza.

I will only use MOMO's in future. Great staff, great food and customer important to them. Thanks MOMO's ????

Ordered through Uber Eats. My order was wrong. Called to get it sorted and person was rude and unprofessional and didn’t care about any level of customer service then cut the phone on me. Definitely not going there again and don’t recommend!! Burger was ok but chicken was dry and half my meal was missing.

Pepe’s is first class service and order is right.
