Called at 1:45 to see if I need an appointment. I was told I could just walk in and did not need an appointment. Showed up at 4:12 to hit a haircut. Was told by the clerk that we were the next in line. 5:05 p.m. , still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Watched every barber finish up with the least two people and more people walking in. If you need an appointment, you need to tell the person that calls in you need an appointment. Will not be returning.
"mo" he butcherd my hair I told him about how i had lots of stray hairs and that my hair needed lined up and he didn't even really try to look. on top of that I had to brush my own hair to the side just so he'd look at my hair line and if I hadn't, their would've been more that he missed.
Dude added an inch to my fore head and it's uneven. my beard wasn't lined up even either. I felt that he was to busy talking to other people than focusing on my hair cut. I should've guessed by all the lights he has at his station that he couldn't see. honestly it looked alright till I got home and really got a good look at it. price was 35 but he said 30 I'm upset that I even paid that..

I called to make an appointment, they told me I could just walk in, the person who answered the phone insisted I should just walk in when I asked several times I wanted an appointment, been there several times waiting. Sometimes some of them have a free chair and I guess some of them don’t like to take walkings specially Juan who is really good, but has always given me a weird look when they have asked him if he could take one of my kids for a haircut, one other time there was new girl who cut one of my boys hair and an hour and a half passed by and she wasn’t even half done despite other employees helping her a little. I had to get out of there with my sons hair looking terrible they still charged me, I understand people are learning so I let it passed I just took my son another time. But this time I’m not going no more because they told me I could just walk in when I wanted an appointment, I did walked in and again Juan had his Im too good for you face and said he didn’t had time and no one had time, I had stayed up from working a Night Shift and wait till 9 when they open just for them to tell me they had no time. They should take off the walk in signs on their windows.
Great haircut, and took us as a walk-in. The hairstyle they gave us was well done. My only complaint was them not brushing away the cut hair off his face and ears, but maybe they don't do that?
Great place!! Got my haircut and a pedicure ???? ???? happy camper. Very inviting environment and the staff felt like family ???? ❤️.
Great shop, friendly atmosphere, and accommodating even when I walk in real close to close time. I get off of work shortly before they close, so I don't have much say in the matter.
