EDIT** - after a few days of looking at my nails I noticed some lumps and quite a few spaces that were missed that should’ve been painted especially near the cuticle (looks like they were already grown out a day after). After almost a week since my appointment the lumps broke and to my surprise there is undried nail polish underneath. So now I have 5 chipped nails. Disappointed because I left thinking I received good service and even made another appointment in advance before I left. Will most likely be canceling that appointment and trying somewhere else. Changed my 5 star to 2 because the place is nice and got me in pretty easily.

I’m not the kind of person who regularly gets there nails done but decide to go in on a Wednesday afternoon (had a free day away from my toddler) for a mani/pedi as a walk-in, and they told me they could take me in about an hour so I had reception take my name and number down. Went to Whole Foods for bit. Went back for my appointment with Scott and he did such a great job and was very kind. He worked hard to make my toenails and fingernails how I wanted them and it was much appreciated! Made a future appointment specifically with him. I will be coming back here and trying to make it a regular thing to do for myself.
Mimi did an amazing job on my nails! I have gel extensions and she fixed them to the way I wanted them shaped. Good prices, highly recommended!
This place is very cute, clean and the staff is friendly and I LOVE my nails! Overall, very satisfied????
The place is beautiful BUT the service is not. My first visit was good enough to return a second time. But second visit was pointless. I asked for a spa/special pedicure (twice!) because I wanted to be pampered, but 20 minutes later, I was done! I would have done a better job myself. I’m still covered in dry skin and have ridges in my nails :/
Sincerely disappointed that I wasted my money on this today.
I love Luxury Nails! I’ve been going there over the past year after some bad experiences at other salons. Everyone is incredibly friendly, very polite and they do excellent work! I highly recommend Mimi - she did my nails today and was so fun to talk to!
They got me in last minute and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using the salon again.
I have been coming to get my nails done here, for quite sometime. It truly has lost its sparkle. The fact that I was charged an extra $5 dollars, just for extra colors on my toes is ridiculous. Not to mention a $15 dollar fee to take off my dip powder. I was shocked when they told me my total. For the money it is so not worth it. There are a few really nice women who are friendly and do give you the attention. However, this was enough to make me not want to come back again.
Bad experiences with Luxury Nails. Reuben did the worst gel manicure I've ever had. Several nails chipped, one of my pinky nails split 2/3 of the way across, and another nail's polish split vertically in several places. He seemed angry and like he didn't want to do my nails. The next time I went in, they charged me an extra $5 to take off that horrible manicure. By email and text they are also now threatening to charge people for half of the service price if they miss an appointment, even if there is a legitimate emergency or if your car breaks down. They are also requiring everyone to arrive 15 minutes early so they can sit around and wait for nothing. They must think they are a doctor's office! They constantly refuse walk-ins because there aren't enough technicians working. They have just lost my business and that of my three other family members who go there. My friends will not go back either. Watch out if you go to Luxury Nails in Hamilton Crossings.
