After all the years I've been a customer here, I have never been treated so rudely. Today, when I arrived I can see the lights on, Linda's car parked. As I attempted to open the door it was locked, so I went back to my car to call. Shortly after, Linda's husband came to the door MAD. I am always polite and respectful entering anyone's place of business. I said good morning as always. His face turned upside down mad. He said " what do you need" I replied with my eyebrows arched and a pedicure. He mumbled (speaking in his language) and said something. I said if you don't want to do my feet I'll wait for Linda. This man has always done my feet, and a lot of times I have given him tips. Moving forward. Linda was next door getting supplies. When she came back, I asked her "could I speak to her for a moment" I explained to her what I just wrote, and she made a sooo many excuse for him as if he didn't like I'm assuming left there while she shops, he wanted to use the bathroom, he couldn't speak English well, smoke etc. I really had to keep my composure, because I believe she knew exactly what I was talking about. I just felt so disrespected, and the whole time he's still mumbling( speaking his language) saying something like a child. This is so rude because most customers are Americans and don't know what they are saying, but because they have never treated me this way, I love coming here. She was very apologetic, but he was mad as hell. I will not allow a person to treat me this way, when I have been respectful to their business. We hear these stories all the time about this race. Well today, I experienced it and it wasn't a good feeling. I remained calm and allowed Linda to do my eyebrows, but I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. It was almost like he was having a tantrum. Prior to this, I stopped by Thursday and he quickly said there were 2 people ahead of me. The one lady stated she wasn't getting her feet done. I don't know what happen, but you ONLY GET TO TREAT ME THIS WAY ONCE.
Very very horrible customer service. She was rushing me to make a decision telling me she don't have time for me. That she only has 20 minutes and she didnt even start my nails yet. Than when i didn't have an answer she got disrespectful saying i sat there for 20 minutes and i still dont know what i want. Also said she dont have time for me. I told her I’m the one giving her my hard earned money. i can go some where eles thats will appreciate there customer if you don't have time. Than she told me get out. I will never go back there.
Best so far, Linda has done some really pretty nail designs for me and gives you what you ask for, but you have to have patience, because Linda is the only mail tech there and she has a big clientele so the wait is the killing part, it's worth it, to me
I wasn't 100% satisfied there were defiantly flaws in my nails that could have easily been fixed but wasn't. I literally just left there an hour ago and the nail polish already chipped and I haven't even done anything but walk home and talk on my phone, when I washed my hands some pieces of the polish fell off. Glad I paid $60 for nothing. Kinda wish I would have went with my gut and went somewhere else. Let alone the service wasn't very nice he was kinda aggressive and harsh doing my nails that sometimes it hurt I dont think I'll ever go Back here

Evelyn is the best asset to the company, she is the greatest nail tech in the joint, I have been going to her for over eight years and I do hair and have never had a nail lift and I'm constantly in water and chemicals! And she always treat you right! Tho i feel the owner should take a little bit more investments into their updating the new trends, tho Linda is always pleasant! Evelyn is my girl!!!????????????

Workers very disrespectful!!
They have towels on the back of pedicure chairs (OWNER STATED SHE PUT CLEAN TOWELS EVERY MORNING, INSTEAD OF AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER) to protect the chairs from oil on customers hair. The correct thing to do is wipe chairs after every customer to keep germs down. I removed towel because I wasn’t comfortable with putting my head on a towel that was used by a customer before me. They refuse me service, instead of them giving me a clean towel.
