I took my mom here for her haircut and color services for her birthday and thankfully they were able to take us in last min as I called in the morning to make the appointment. MJ did my moms hair and her hair turned out beautiful. My mom loves it and we will be back! So glad that we have found a place close to home.
The man who worked at the hair shop was extremely impolite to my teenage son. He did not treat him like a valued customer and instead spoke to him harshly, using broken English. As a result, I had to leave with my son without getting his haircut. It is imperative that they improve their basic customer care skills and learn how to treat customers with respect, regardless of their age.
It was my first time trying this salon, as I was recommended by a friend. I had an appointment and was seated promptly by Jessie. She did an amazing job! She took her time to make sure my haircut was perfect. The shampoo of the hair and the scalp massage was very relaxing. I will be coming back to this salon and would highly recommend people to try this location. Jessie, thank you for giving me one of the best haircuts of my life ????????.
This place is a pretty lay back and friendly environment. I've been here for my hair cut for a few times already and the owner is pretty easy going. The hair stylists are also pretty respectful and listen accordingly to what you want but you have to explain slowly due to they're not very good in English. Just be patience with them and you'll have a good experience. They charge a bit higher than other shops but it does include wash your hair after you're finished.
This is my new favorite place for hair cuts. I have fine, damaged hair and the stylist knew how to bring it back to life and create the appearance of more volume. Love it and thank you.
I have been doing my hair at Lee's hair salon for 8yrs so far and I'm satisfied every single time. All the staffs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Best place in Chicago to have your hair cut or anything to do with hair. Highly recommended!!
I’ve been going here for several years now and have always been happy with my haircuts. The staff is very friendly and experienced. I specifically get my haircuts from Jessi and she really does a great job every time. I definitely recommend getting a haircut here - good price and even better quality!
