I got these done YESTERDAY. He didn’t clean under my nails, he didn’t soak my hands at all first, he didn’t get the cuticles as you can see, I had to ask to get oils put on my hands after it was all done. We used dip powder and the powder was all over me, not once did he ask me to rinse my hands. Everyone else got clothes and gloves to protect their hands but me! Oh and may I add ..my little sister (10yrs) came with me, there was another young girl there with her father around the same age as my sister. They both got gel polish, the girl was charged $7 I was charged $35 for my sister.
I will never step foot in this place again!! Horrible rushed job!!

They were able to squeeze my group of 3 in same-day, which was awesome. They originally told me they were booked when I first called, but then later they called me back to let me know they had a last minute opening. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves and it was amazing. They did a great job giving each of us their full attention. You can tell they really care about their clients. Thank you!
Seemed promising at first; good reviews, friendly/funny woman greeted me on the phone and upon my arrival, and they were able to take me right away. Unfortunately, I had a downright bad experience after that.
My nail tech was simply not good. She knicked my skin over a half a dozen times with the various tools, (most frequently with the nail drill, but also with the cuticle clipper). I actually let out an unintentional laugh/scoff the third or fourth time that it happened because it was like “Are you kidding me?” at that point. Three different fingers had cuts that bled. She really did not trim/manicure the sides of the nails. She only used one drill head, (the really rough one), whereas my last nail tech would use at least three different heads for different purposes, (smooth head for the after the polish has been applied, pointy head for removing cuticles/dead skin, etc). She overall didn’t seem to have a firm grasp of the dip-gel process.
A couple of other things just really soured the experience for me…
One happened when my nails were wrapped in acetone to remove my old polish… At a certain point, when it felt like I had been waiting at this step for longer I should have been, (for longer than I am used to anyway), I looked around the salon to see where my nail tech was, and I see that she’s sitting at a booth behind me getting HER nails done, which I personally find crazy unprofessional.
My final Karen-ish complaint is that the music was really bad, like what you might hear when you’re put on hold on the telephone. I really could not wait to get out of there.
For what it’s worth, I still tipped her 20% ????♀️
They were awesome!! I was so happy with my manicure I talked my husband in to coming back and getting a pedicure with me ???? A very CLEAN place and wonderful work!!
Absolutely unprofessional business. Attempted to get a manicure and pedicure one morning. They simply stated “no we can’t.” They did not offer to schedule an appointment at a later time. They do not have a website to easily schedule appointments. Completely unprofessional and rude. I will gladly take my money to another business that actually seems to want the business. Do not recommend at all.
One of the best pedicures i’ve ever had!!! They were able to fit two of us last minute and still give us the best pedicures and massages! Everyone was so friendly and I’ll be coming back here every time!
Nice people, clean and high prices with nothing offered complimentary. Also they are not understanding when someone misses an appointment due to a medical emergency and will brush you off the next time you call. I did not feel valued there.
