They have a good selection, however, I always feel uncomfortable going in there. They follow you around when you’re shopping and talk to you in a condescending way. They’re the only barber supply store in town so they can get away with not having the best service.
My experience with this company has not been a good one. I ordered two packs of the red diamond ear wax candles at about $12. A few days later I received a call from a rep stating the candles I ordered were out of stock and she would send me four packs of a cheaper brand but assured me they were the same quality. A few days later I received the candles and they were nowhere near the same quality of the ones I ordered. They were way smaller and made from a different type of material. I tried one pack and was not satisfied. I called the company to explain my dissatisfaction and asked if I could send those back and receive the one I originally ordered. The rep took my information down and told me the owner would give me a call back to resolve the issue. That was over a week ago and I have yet to receive a call. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service.
It was pretty dope until I realized I got ripped off buying their Gamma Evo Trimmer. I only heard about it but I came to find out that they sold it to me $30 more than the price on the Gamma manufactures website. And on the receipt it says “No Refund or Exchange on Clippers/Trimmers.” Won’t be going here again.
(Edit) thank you for responding! When I looked online to research I thought the prices I saw were manufacture prices as well. My bad. I just started barbering so I wanted to find a shop I can trust. I am changing my review to 5 stars????
Great customer service... they make you feel comfortable my husband and brother came to get a haircut and they really take their time to give your the full experience and greet cut!
I love this store! They have a great selection of products to help the hair and everything is so organized. I went in looking for a head wrap to keep my curls safe while I sleep and Tina even showed me how to tie it! Awesome products and awesome service. I will most definitely be back.
If I can rate it 5 stars everytime I go I would. Gstyle is by far the best Barber supply store around. Cool owners and their employee DAN is on another level!!! His Barber knowledge is crazy ! He’s on top of his game and is always welcoming and helpful. Gives you the best advice possible, So when you leave there you know you made a great choice because of the reassurance Dan provides. Honestly one of the most respectful, humble and genuine person I’ve came across. So if you looking for a barbersupply store. Look no further. Gstyle is the place. ASK FOR DAN!!!!!

Loved how the guy allowed my kids at last minute get hair cuts when he didn't have to. I appreciated him so much I brought him dinner. I forgot his name but he was awesome and did an amazing job on my kids hair. I highly recommend this place.
