We (4 of us)went here for a color change, pedicure and manicure. We got there about 6:30 pm and the guy had us sign in and told us it would be about 30-45 minutes so we went and got food. One got a call saying they were ready for her, so we all walked back to the salon. They done the pedicure and manicure. Me and my daughter waited and they never said a word to either of us. Finally got my color changed and done. While we were waiting, they took 3 people in front of us. After my daughter was done, from the time she walked from the chair to the register, her thumb nail was messed up. I asked for it to be fixed or a discount. He said but he could fix it for a extra charge. Really we hadn’t even walked out of the salon. Today she has several nails messed up!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Will not be using these people again. Staff was rude and not friendly. L’Etoile is the best hands down!!

He still stayed after and made sure my nails and toes looked awesome!! He didn't rush or anything!! Thanks so much! Ill def return!!

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done and the service was horrible. They cut her finger and toe and then the lady asked if she could get in my girlfriends purse and find her credit card to pay before they were even done with her nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Super happy I came here. My nails turned out amazing, best set I've ever had. I recommend the red headed woman. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she did so good. The complimentary glass of wine was great too!

First off I have been going here for years and I have never had a bad experience. This time I was literally so upset I could of just walked out. They let their kids run around doing whatever and saying whatever to the customers. This one little boy came up to me and said “your belly is too fat” remind you I’ve had a really hard loving my body and also a hard time losing weight. This just really got to me. On another hand I sat with my feet in the water for an hour and a half waiting for someone to do my pedicure. Also to remind you I had also made an appointment and everything before coming in. But once they finally got to me the pedicure it’s self was amazing. They just need to control the kids an so better with time management.

I have been going here for the past 5 years. Never until today have I had a bad experience. I had my nails done, not the mani I asked for just got the old dip removed and new dip placed, they look good and I'm happy with them. Then comes time for the pedi, picked the signature, $70. Let me just say, the Polish on my toes was hand filed off, along with skin, and when I said something I got told soaking the polish off took too long, no massage on, no scrubbing of the feet, however she did scrub my legs with dry exfoliant, every time I asked or said anything she would reply "oh really" like I was lying.
