I have been coming to Jessica for my nails, brows and lashes for some years now and I have always had a great experience. Jessica is very fast and professional. Jessica does an amazing job on brows and lashes as well as nails. I recommend anyone to come if your looking the best nail designs. Jessica have you covered. The other techs are great as well! Jessica is my favorite.

Derek did an amazing job with my nails. I showed him a picture of the type of nails I might like, but then told him to run with it. He did that and more! I am happy every time I look at my nails and get so many compliments. ???? I have never had a bad experience in this nail shop, every chair I sit in, I always get exactly what I want and a little more.

These people do horrible work and could care less about the quality of their work or health of your nails. I went to have dip removed — that THEY put on— they had an attitude about how long the dip was taking to soak off (which they said was because it was done with a brush, but I’ll remind you that their shop — and specifically the exact same guy — is the one who put it on). They filed my nails until they were paper thin because they were too lazy and impatient to remove the overlay properly. Despite damaging my natural nails, they didn’t even get all of the dip off and attempted to just paint over it when they couldn’t convince me to get another overlay. I won’t be spending another dime here and if they’re BBB accredited, I’ll definitely be filing a complaint there as well.

So Jessica did my nails and someone else did my toes.. I was completely satisfied with pedicure. Jessica suggested a fill in even though I came for a color change to my nails. I was told 30 for color change and 20 more for filling so I went with it after she pleaded why I needed one. I told her to file more down at base since suggested and she started complaining. Here is when the service got poor. She stopped my nails to do a tint and lash strip in a walk in. Never discounted my price for my wait nor did she hesitate to not complain.. I told her if I'm going to pay 50 for you to fill a little gap on my nail bed mine as well give me service I am paying for. She said I'm fixing some one else work. I told her isn't that what a fill in for to fix and repair she didn't even buff my nails after that she just applied polish. I normally go some where else. Today is her birthday BTW, Happy birthday. The review was your tip and since you rushed my nails it will also probably add or subtract from the service. I won't stop in for convenience again haven't been here in 2 years for the same issue. Gave a second chance and I'm not even a regular. Then a customer called for pricing how you charge me 50 and tell her 45. I don't like made up prices.

I don’t normally leave reviews, certainly not bad ones. But these nails were pretty disappointing considering the cost. I got a gel manicure with nail art, the lines of the nail art were a lot thicker than I requested and kinda sloppy looking. Most of the lines don’t meet the edge of the nail, some of the shapes look wonky and the pink is a noticeably more transparent than the other colours in spots.

I wouldn’t have really minded that cause they were still cute if they didn’t start peeling off within literally a day of getting them. Now I work a job that’s a bit rough on the hands so I didn’t have super high hopes but they chipped from doing something as simple as taking off the seal on a ketchup bottle. Two days after getting them one of the nails has peeled off completely from days of work where it was honestly pretty light in terms of things that normally wreak havoc on my nail polish.

For 50 dollars it was definitely not worth it

If your ever in the area, and need to get pampered, this is definitely the place to be! I was referred by a family member and came in to see Jessica ever since. I especially love getting my eyebrows tinted and individual lashes done. Come see Jessica asap!

So I go to this place because close to where I live. The place is clean. Everyone uses sanitary stuff and procedures. 2nd time I've gotten Shellac gel--only lasting 7-10 days.
