I liked that I was seated right away for my appointment. Unfortunately the service I received for my pedicure wasn’t all that nice. The product that was put on my legs were not rinsed on the back of my legs, only the front of my legs. By the time I went home I had to wash my legs so that the burning would stop. The way the nails were cut were all slanted the wrong way. The exfoliation of my feet wasn’t done completely to the need if my feet. The cuticles weren’t cut smoothly I have skin that is catching on my socks.

The employees are polite.

I set an appointment up always get sat 30 to 40 minutes after my appointment is set up I get dip nails so my nails are natural instead of soaking them like they should they continue to rip them off with acrylic nails snapping my nails and half so I told him I didn’t want my nails done anymore since they ruined them and it took them an hour and a half to remove my nails for whatever reason and continue to try to get me to pay for my nails like to get my nails done and I said no multiple times and they still made me pay to get them removed when I should’ve just walked out definitely don’t recommend this nail salon

Worst Pedicure I have ever gotten hands down.

First of all they do not accept cards, they won't tell you this up front, but do have signs posted. Cash only which for a business in 2017 is insane. I had to leave to get cash then sit in a chair for 30 minutes before being assisted. The massage functions on my chair did not work and the previous persons trash was on my table and they did not remove it.

They have different pedicure options available, express and full spa. The lady who did my feet did not ask what I wanted and from what I received I assumed we were doing the lesser of the two (the express). The tool they use to take off calluses is super rough and when I got home I actually had small cuts on the bottom of my feet from it! There was no exfoliating scrub which is extremely common with nail salons, and there was no massage. She did apply lotion to my legs but I would not call that a massage. The polish seems fine but I'm too afraid to touch it an hour later because I could tell she put it on very thick and I am not wasting $35. Yeah that's right, they charged me $35 for this crap because apparently sitting in a pool of lukewarm water for 30 minutes, having the bottoms of your feet rubbed raw, and a 30 second lotion application/"massage" constitutes an extra $10. The express is only $25.

This place is also filthy and untidy. Boxes and papers everywhere. This is no way to run a business. I will be uploading the pictures I took.

Very rude from us entering the facility. Then she starts on my nails I asked a couple questions and also asked to change something like adding a tip. I asked to add it as she was buffing my nails... yes that’s the first thing she did cause I wanted dip. She got mad every time I asked a question and mind you I only asked 2 questions. And she got so mad she told me no more she’s not doing my nails at all. No one else could do them also. I won’t ever return there. Very bad service and not professional at all. This place is absolutely the best! I had a set of nails done 2weeks ago somewhere else that did a horrible job. I went here today they took my whole set off it was so poorly done, started fresh and they are PERFECT! I've been getting my nails done about 15yrs and this place is #1!!!

Most painful set of nails I've ever gotten. They were rough on my fingertips, even caused some skin to break them the chemicals from the polish, etc burned the broke skin. My nails are beautiful though.

I have been going here for about 5 months now...I have never had anyone do as nice as a job on my nails as Sara! She does the dip on my nails and I am obsessed every time!! I have also had a pedicure there and my feet felt amazing afterwards! As an added bonus it is always fun to listen to Don...he is hilarious! I love the atmosphere and the prices are the same or a little less than anywhere else. I love that they have later hours, it works well with my work schedule. Love, love, love this place!!!
