I've gone to this place for awhile and I thought I was getting a good deal but even the price cannot make up for the lackluster service. They don't listen to requests unless you give them multiple photos and make sure they are doing what you want along the way. My last haircut I had with them I asked for a medium skin fade with length on the top. They pushed the bald up so high there was no room for the fade. This caused them to push the back portion and sides of my longer hair on top to be pushed up into the front leaving only the middle and fringe. To make it worse they then blamed me for being mistaken in my terminology and said I "should ask for the right haircut next time". Too bad there won't be a next time.
I wouldn't go here if I was you. I looked better before getting the "haircut" and decided to just shave it all off afterwards. Not worth the money and there are much better services elsewhere.
I love kokos!! I've been here twice so far and both times they did an amazing job on my hair! It looks just how I was hoping it would ???? I'll definitely be back here for my next haircut!
Koko doesn't listen to your request, she just does what she thinks is best for your hair, news flash it's not. Learn how to listen and do your job better. Will not be going back and do not recommend unless you want a buzz cut.
This place is a joke. If you are african American they will mess your hair up and let you walk out looking a mess. They dont know how to do a simple fade. This is the 1st time ever someone has messed my hair up. I would not recommend this place i paid 25 plus a tip.
There was no one else waiting but she still rushed my hair cut and didn't listen to the request I made. Then made excuses after and before I left she was taunting me. Very poor customer service.
If you are like me, a man who doesn't know hair style names or how to shape your own beard, this is the place for you! I came in yesterday, the hairdresser asked me what I wanted, I was pretty vague because I didn't really know. The hairdresser took it from there, gave me a new style that I love, and a really nice beard trim, the used several hot towels in between steps to give a great experience, and the last hot towel was scented very nicely. I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut!
I will never come back to this place. Why would you have someone cut hair and they dont have the experience to do it. Really unprofessional
