Whomever the woman was that answered the phone was extremely condescending. I called to ask if they carried a particular item and was met with an attitude and pretentious tones as if I'm some type of uneducated fodder. Rest assured, they will never receive my business and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

What a great experience at Kim's!!! I went there for Diamond dog food and Kim explained what all the different Diamond lines means and how they work with different age dogs. I never knew this and it was great that she took the time out for us. They all love the products they sell there. You don't get this treatment at big box pet stores and the employees at big box don't have the knowledge of all their products they sell. Thanks again, we will be loyal customers! Everyone need to support small businesses for people like this!

I have been buying dog food and treats at Kims for years. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and her prices are great!! I hate shopping in general but I find stopping at Kims and petting her cats and purchasing products very stress relieving.
