Lovely food and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Amazing little shop, the staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile. Kelly's snack bar is brilliant they carry a wide range of different sandwiches and cobs some are readymade or if you dont see it ask as they make to your requirements, all you need to do is ask on arrival. Hot and cold cobs are amazing with loads of filling in them. Good fresh quality butchers sausages and thick cut bacon, none of that frozen wholesale basic buy stuff from here breakfast cobs are so filling and are a must have from here.Freshly cooked tender chicken breast and crispy bacon mayo or the succulent thick cut ham salad baguettes are my go to favourite go to for a cold lunch.They do lovely filled jacket spuds as well as roast meat cobs on selected days and delicious hot sausage rolls. A counter of sweets and cakes to remind you of your school days.....along side a selection of hot and cold drinks. Prices are very reasonable and much better value than a supermarket

sandwich deal that leaves you still hungry wanting more after a Kelly's breakfast roll, trust me you're filled up and ready tor the day ahead. Outside is a side street so easy parking. Can get busy at peak times but normally only a short wait and well worth queuing, as service is quick and very professional so well worth the wait. They do local delivery for orders over £15.The shop is very clean and tidy with all food prepared in front of you .A real hidden gem and definitely a must find/visit when visiting newark.

This little gem that we found accidentally as we took a wrong turn on our dinner break from work and all I can day is I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT ????❤️

I had a "small" B.E.S.T which in any other sandwich shop it would be classed as a large.

The food was cooked just the way I asked.

My friend had a cold sandwich, he ordered the large lol ???????? and he only ate half because it was that big. Easily a 12 inch sub size.

Also they have a little traditional sweets counter with a selection of candy from way back in the 80s and 90s.

Now the staff, wow they were all so friendly with every single customer who walked in and also very polite and helpful.

100% recommend this place and we will be back again when in the area.

We always used to order a breakfast bap from here when I worked in newark and it never disappointed.... now I like to stop in when I'm at the hospital for a quick bite to take home! Hot and cold selection and all cooked infront of you.

Great prices, good quality food, nice staff. Busy around lunch time etc but staff work well to manage queues and get everyone served as soon as possible. Highly recommend.
