I have never had my eyebrows threaded before but I am concerned about how the skin is pulled with waxing…I’m not getting any younger so I don’t need it stretched out more, Lol. Therefore, I decided to try this place after looking at their star reviews.

It was nice and clean, even the bathroom. I went on a Monday morning and it was not busy at all.

I did not get the technician’s name but she did a good job. My eyebrows look natural. I was concerned about the shape but it looks good. I was also concerned about how painful it would be but it was not bad at all. It took about 10+ minutes. She was very careful to get all the hairs and trimmed with scissors as needed. She had me place my fingers above my brow and with the other hand on my eyelid so as to keep the skin taught. I did not have to do that the entire time but for about half. She offered a cooling cream when she was done but I declined as they were not hurting or stinging.

The only improvement could be the chairs. I am somewhat tall for a woman and had to slide down for my head to go on the headrest. This left my back without support which is not the best for 10 minutes.

I will be going back because I was happy with the service and the price. $10 for eyebrows.

This is the second time I have a bad experience with them. First time she gave my son ugly looks while me and him were playing with each other while waiting. Second time me and my sister arrive far before closing time and she has a line of people waiting. Doesn’t say anything to us for 20 minutes. Then asks us to sign in. My sister signed 3 of us in. She then processed so ask if all 3 of us were getting brows. I said yes. She then gave all 3 of us an ugly look and laughed and she pulled down her mask. We got up and left. I really wanted to give them another try because I liked how my eyebrows came out. But with the ugly looks and bad customer service never again.

My visit here was nice the Management was very welcoming and there place is very clean and organized.

Overall a great place to get a few things done would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I went twice to this wonderful SPA, 1st for cheeks thread, 2nd was for facial.

The place is very clean, although it is busy. Staff is professional and nice. Face thread was very good, and the lady did everything I asked for. She shaped my beard perfectly ????????????????

For my facial, it was my first facial work ever, but to say the truth, Harpreet the business owner and the facial expert has raised the bar so high. ???????????? She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients.

Honestly the best place to get a facial. Harpreet is very professional and you can see that she likes what she does. Her place is very clean. She explains the procedure and recommends what is best for you. I loved having found this place

Always get my brows done here never had an issues. The people are always nice and quick while always doing a good job. Highly recommend. Though if you have a time crunch walk ins will be asked to wait when appointments show up.

i went to get my eyebrows down today, and i said can i have a cleanup. and the girl made one way to thin, and the other way not the same shape whatt so ever. my sisters and friends have had the same experience. will not be going here anymore.

Their prices went up & the quality of service went down. Yesterday (1/31/20) I went in to have my brows cleaned up, today I have a literal hole in 1 of my eyebrows..the same 1 that's shaped like a rainbow! Needless to say, they've lost a LONGtime customer as it has been consistent, less than satisfactory results as of late.
