Attempted to have my daughter get her nose pierced here as a birthday gift. I had to leave due to the employee with purple hair that was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off and saying the same thing as I explained I had my daughters birth certificate along with my state ID. Not many minors have state ID, she wouldn’t accept school ID from previous year. Upon checking multiple reviews

it appears many customers have shared experiences with this same employee. Such a shame this business will lose potential customers because of one persons actions. Please speak with your employee her demeanor towards shoppers should be more positive.

A sales associate named Amy provided excellent customer service. When she pierced my ears it went smoothly. She also told me great ways to take care of the piercing and was friendly though out the ear piercing experience. Thank you.

The person at the kiosk, May, was one of the rudest, most ill informed people I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. If you’re not familiar with your company’s policies, just say so, don’t make stuff up on the fly and make contradictory statements. Much better service at Piercing Pagoda, 1 minute walk to a much better kiosk with friendly customer service reps.

Regarding your policies, no one asked you to change any policy. The issue was that she provided contradictory information and didn’t seem to know what your policies were. You got bad info from your rep.

I went to find body jewelry, Bryan was extremely helpful and patient with me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but he had patience with me and displayed many options for me! Also my friend got pierced here and she loved the customer service, definitely will be coming back.

I went to get my cartilage pierced today. At first they didn’t have the stud I wanted but I’m very flexible when it comes to choosing. Colleen was extremely nice. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and she was very thorough with the after care instructions. Once this piercing heals, I’ll be going back for more. Thank you, Colleen.

I’ve known the sales associates at this particular location for about 2 years and I am always pleased with their selection of jewelry and prices. The manager Maykelin always helps me out with the best quality of jewelry and service. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for fast and affordable piercing services. They also give you 10% off when you’re a returning customer which I gladly am!

Anthony was awesome with my young daughter! I went to this place because of the great reviews and I could not have been happier. Very clean, sterile, and Anthony asked questions about my daughter before starting and explained procedures in detail from the paperwork (proper identification required for children) to actual ear piercing. I was impressed and would highly recommend!

Got my ears done here. Super nice and friendly but I went the other day with my brother and the woman with the purple hair up to the shoulders is sooo rude! It caught me off guard. Everyone else in the past was so sweet. I was shocked !
