Ivy the Owner salon she do verry good job. This was the best nail place i have ever been too. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing and they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They take very good care of you. Very friendly. Everyone keeps to themselves working on their client. They are not like those nail places where they are talking bad about you. They do great work. They know what they are doing and have an amazing creativity . I just showed them a picture of what I wanted and they sure made it happen. I called and scheduled an appointment the same day and they send me a text as a reminder of my appointment! Amazing place. Highly recommend ???????????????????? Thank you everyone. Can’t wait to go back.
My $70 pedicure and manicure, the day after. Chipping, breaking, hang nails, and beyond I don’t even know how to describe. I commented after and during that steps were missing, under nails weren’t cleaned, lotion/oil wasn’t removed before putting polish on, that I felt she was rushing because more people came in, I also had the under nail gush cut by the manicurist on my toes and the files OUCH. The attached picture I show is how uneven and sharp and not tended to my nails were. Luckily they charged the 70 and refunded and still charged me $60 for this work. What is happening here exactly? I don’t know. Hadn’t come back for a year and won’t return. If you’re not coming in for dip or double gel you won’t be treated well and you’ll be overcharged.
They are always so nice and they do a great job with my nails, even when I ask for weird designs. I’ve tried other places in town and will no longer be going anywhere else when I need a manicure. Another place ruined my nails the other day, and Ivy’s got me in last minute to fix it. They’re the best :)
was not good !! i paid 97 dollars for my nails & they were not good. my nails were sideways & started chipping the next day! when i asked for a refund all they said was that they could fix the chipped nail. not worth it for 97 dollars fyi they don’t do refunds.
They are so terribly understaffed. I made an appointment at 3:30 and wasn’t seen before 4:20 pm and there were many other people waiting as well. On a Tuesday afternoon. But I’m also really disappointed with both the manicure and the pedi. And especially after spending 2 hours there and paying $60 + $10 in tip. Attaching photos so you can see for yourself.
Wow.. Sandra did an amazing job. It was my first time doing Acrylic nails and she took her time and gave some pointers. She took her time and didn’t rush. Thank you!
I'm in heaven …. and I love this nail salon. The massage and everything here was on point plus. They have informative about nails job! and I like that they take the time to remove the polish carefully. Everything was immaculate, the decor was lovely as well. I will definitely be back to see her on a regular basis. But no disappointed.
The salon is very nice and modern. I decided to book with them because they offer hard gel nails. so I can't speak on the skills of the other nail techs but the nails I got done were exceptional! The color, shape, design and application was perfect and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them.
