I went in on 02.04 for a fill in. Less than 2 days later my nails are lifting and chipping. Definitely shows nails weren’t prepped properly for fill in. Acrylic was just applied over previous lifting. 1/10
I come all the time but this time my nails was rushed on. I do not like them and price was totally different when I had the same nails before now the price is higher and I got short nails my last nails was long. When I asked for rhinestones he act as if he didn’t know what to do or they stuck together etc.. I hated my experience there any other time I’m there Quin and the other girl that sits next to her does an amazing job, but this guy was not good at all.
RUN‼️ 2nd time coming here and I’m highly disappointed. First guy who did my nails was an older guy who didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails or anything they were hideous, went back the same day another guy did them and he was rushing and seemed irritated. Went back the following day because now I’m just outdone with this place ask for nails to be taken off and redone this time a lady was rude and kept saying she couldn’t do them and she would just give me a partial refund.this place is all about money and they are overpriced with horrible customer service highly do not recommend I will be telling everyone I know not to go there ever! Also there were 3 black women there who weren’t even serviced the hour 1/2.. I was there they got up and left ..this place didn’t even offer them a cup of water. Let alone try to service them.
Loved my initial visit last month. Decided to come back. Service was unprofessional and rude to say the least. I was ignored throughout my service for simple requests and overall I left feeling as though I shouldn’t have spent any money here. Although my nails are a 6/10, I don’t think I would recommend anyone here. Sorry.
Just moved to Hoover, wanted to find a great place to go. My pedicure is on point and the place was very nice and clean. When it came to my nails they are popping off, I just went two days ago and spent a lot of money there. My pointer finger popped off 1st so I went to get her to redo it, she rushed it and not it in uneven and lumpy. Then today as you can tell my ring finger popped off. I am very unhappy.
I always come to Infinity. Alex does a GREAT JOB!!! Best pedicure I have ever had. She is really the only nail tech that has ever been able to meet all my expectations!
One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. I have been happy with the people and services until one poor service. I decided I still wanted to go but only see the technicians who had performed good service. When I returned, I requested anyone but the special person who had given bad service. Instead of granting my request, I was told she never waited on me and I was wrong. Sorry but I know who made my finger and foot bleed, gave me a terrible result and was so rude. The saying goes, the customer is always right. Now I am no longer a customer.
Very nice place and very clean. However, the only thing I would suggest is adding the price of GEL polish to the pricing sheet. I came in to get a pedicure and ended up choosing the basic $32 pedicure. Once I got to the register I was told it would be $50. I had no problem paying, but I was caught off guard by the price jump. You all should add to the pricing sheet that it is +$18 for GEL polish so there will be no confusion when it’s time for the customer to pay. Other than that, great establishment, kind workers, fast service! Would return in the future!
