This is normally our go to take away food is good and delivered early never any complaints however after tonight we won't be returning . Sent the wrong item and items were missing so placed a refund request through just eat to then receive harassing calls and texts from the restaurant whilst I'm still awaiting my refund from just eat they've lost a valued customer don't use here ! DO NOT GO HERE RUDE AND DONT DELIVER YOUR FOOD FULL REFUND SENT TO JUST EAT

The best Chinese I've been in Liverpool - so far. Super fast, tasty, friendly staff.

I have literally just eaten the best special chow mein I have ever tasted in my whole life. The balance of the ingredients was just right in its varying proportions. It was definitely restaurant standard and not your Friday night local chippy routine. The brocolli an carrots etc etc were not too school dinnered and not too crunchy either perfect to my liking obviously.

Disgusting food and disgusting customer service! Rang up after the bean curd dishes were so awful they were inedible and was spoken to disgustingly by staff and manager after being very polite to them. Told they wouldn’t even give a 50% refund and wouldn’t be doing anything about it as it was just my taste. No one on this planet would eat that sloppy mushy tofu and I am disgusted by their staff and how they spoke to me. Will be taking this further.

Food was beautiful great service and lovely people

Our overall experience wasn’t great. The restaurant doesn’t have any ambience- completely dead and desperate. The food is overpriced and not very good quality. The service was also poor. Staff were very unfriendly and didn’t speak enough English to be helpful.

I went there with my wife asking them if they accept ' Taste Card' (we've got a subscription). They said yes, but later we found out that they didn't even understand what were we saying cause at the bill they would not accept this cause they are not part of the Taste Card group anymore. They would not give us the discount and the staff was rude. Really poor customer service experience. On the other hand, the food was only 50-60% quality at most. My wife is asian so if not me, she can tell for sure ;) Anyway, we had an overall poor experience. To summarise : Food overpriced, staff below average, place dead quiet and desperate. If you want much higher quality chinese food in Bootle, the clear choice is : GOLDEN HARVEST restaurant . Google them out, they are one level better in every aspect and the prices are 20-25% lower on average. They are located just 3min away from Golden Castle.

I've just got in from eating here. Never again!! The food was lukewarm and the portions tiny, also very over priced. Theres loads of lovely Chinese restaurants in liverpool. This isn't one of them.
