First, I have to say that I was not able to get my son's hair cut here so I cannot speak to their actual skill set, but my family and I are new to the area so I read fairly decent reviews about this shop so I give it a try on Thursday afternoon. My son and I go out to try and get his haircut for his upcoming 8th birthday, so we show up about 4:55, I nod at a few patrons upon entering and my son and I take a seat.

I was unaware if they had a reservation system because my wife just told me about this place as she was visiting the Dutch Market one day, so my son and I wait and wait, people come and people go, kids come up to the chair from what I believe is a smaller back waiting room meant for kids, I see several barbers chatting and smiling with the folks in their chairs and calling the next people up from the waiting area when done, but not ONE time, did ANY of the staff even acknowledge us. NOT. ONCE.

Not a hello, a hola, a what are you here for? Is this your first time? Did you make a reservation? Who did you make a reservation with? Nothing. So, for 35 minutes my son and I just sat there.

The guy running the 1st chair on the right looked at us a few times and we were literally sitting in the 2 waiting chairs to the right of the door within touching distance of him. We were the only two black people in the entire shop so everyone had to of seen us walk in, I mean we stood out in there. So needless to say, at 5:30 I told my son that we should go, so that's that.

I don't know what their reservation system is like there, but at a minimum someone could have at least spoken to us once.

I'm not saying that it was, but it FELT very discriminatory.

Great experience. The place is well lit and clean, I got an excellent haircut here. Would come back again

Christopher did an amazing job. He cut my hair for my wedding day. Looked awesome I'm going back every week now!

The best Barber shop in town, specifically Ariel, he is fantastic and his work is fabulous.

Clean, bright, and plenty of room. This is a salon/barber shop which services the whole family . Great service, everyone does an excellent job when it comes to your hair. All the ladies barbers , and the one guy barber are serious when it comes to your hair. I have been going there for about four months, and very happy with the service and the way my hair looks! The prices are reasonable as well. The staff is very nice. ????

Cristopher is the best!!! He just cut my hair and did an amazing job. I left him a $15.00 tip on a $26 bill bc he was that good!!!! Nice place. Great service!! A+++ Cristopher!!

It's a decent place. I only take my son. Only been there a couple times. First time a lady did his cut. It was very decent but i still had to point a couple things out for adjustment and i just felt she wasn't 100% confident in herself. Last time we used Ariel, a guy that's there. He was great and confident and on point with everything. He was actually the one pointing out and confirming certain things with me. I totally recommend Ariel!

Great place conveniently located in a shopping center. Plenty of barbers/stylists, so there is never a long wait. Been a customer since I moved here 4 years ago. Everyone speaks fluent English & Spanish. Prices are average.
