Very nice store. Meat and fish counter is excellent. High end coffee selection set up for fresh ground. The bakery is terrific. They have mini loaves of bread which is perfect for my wife and I. Very large wine selection. One full isle plus 2 walls wrapping the corner of the store. You'll find something nice. Very nice customer service personal
We visit Hilton Head annually and this is the first time we've visited Fresh Market Shoppes. What a wonderful market! The best "free from" brands of so many food types. Fresh baked items, produce, etc etc. Even the chocolate bars are from sustainable companies. We will most certainly be back. It's like whole foods meets your local Kroger. Our cashier wasn't quite the friendliest fellow, but I glimpsed 2 minutes of him so probably a fluke. Looking forward to picking up our snacks and meal preps on our way into vacation mode next year!
I always enjoy going to Fresh Market. The food is enticing. Today, which is Sunday they had Roasted Chicken, corn bread, cold slaw and baked beans for $12.99 which could feed a family of 4. The lobster tails were on sale. The jumbo cooked shrimp was a must .Also, the stuffed crabs was calling out to me. I bought cheese cake and a mini fresh fruit tart..They have a great variety of salad dressings. The sushi was delicious. I can't wait to go back.
We love the fresh produce, they have some unusual items here. The butcher is top-notch, steaks, chops and sausages. Many gluten-free options throughout the store. Their chicken salad is terrific, as are many prepared diners.
The best place to shop on Hilton Head for fresh fish, meats, organic veggies, wine, homemade bakery items including some gluten-free. Love the smell in the store upon entering, classical music and helpful staff.
Disappointed that they no longer carry some of my favorite items. Loved their bulk shitaki and specialty breads. Malted milk balls aren't as good either.
