Bought a meal for 4 and Paid £40.30
Got it home and discovered a main course for the set meal was missing.
Phoned up and was told there was no drivers in the shop to bring it out.
I said I’d come for it if they credited me £5 for my next meal and the boss told them no.
I said I’d just bring it all back then and get a refund and I was told that’s what I was to do.
I buy from here every week spending £30-£40 I sometimes shop there twice a week.
Disgusting way to treat a loyal customer.
I won’t be back.
Maybe just what was needed as they’ve reduced their portion sizes too and there’s hardly enough sauce as cover your food.
Have tried all the local Chinese takeaways in Armadale/Bathgate and the Foo Wing is, by far, me and my family's favourite. Been consistently good for the 10 years I've lived in the area. My go-to Chinese when I've got a house full of visitors and never had any complaints. I try something new from the menu quite regularly but my favourite is their Char Sui fried rice and Kung Po dishes.
Ordered take away on recommendation, Excellent food, promt delivery. with a smile, pleasant and polite very satisfied.
What has happened to this place? It used to be by far the best chinese takeaway food I had ever tasted. Not anymore! Food has totally changed????????.
Ordered 3 thing, lemon chicken was OK for me. Prawn toast was lacking prawn and the chow mein was tasteless as they only put soy sauce in.
Stopped here on the way home from holiday. Sweet and sour chicken, kungpo chicken, fried rice and a portion of chips. It had just opened so it appears that the chips had been waiting since the day before and the rest wasn't exactly tasty. Don't think we'll be back. But at least neither of us was ill.
Decent food but prefer less skin on the Duck and bit more sauce in the Chow Mein. Good service from girl on the front Counter.
