Called in for a quick bite, absolute loads of choice and got served straight away unfortunately I should have rang my order in advance or used the just eat app as had to wait for my order but while I was waiting i noticed all the food looks lovely and fresh, the burgers and kebabs looked amazing. Anyway I got my order and wasn't disappointed so fresh and fish bites were lovely. I'm definitely going back to order again. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ridiculous waiting times for a garlic bread. You ring them over an hour after ordering and they advise it’s left. Over half hour later call them a 2nd time, it’s just left again. Wouldn’t advised waiting for a delivery, everyone’s fell asleep waiting. Just arrived and it’s freezing wouldn’t waste my time or money using these again. Last time before this I ordered a couple year ago, there was a light blue plastic in my food wasn’t from their shop apparently, so don’t know where my pizza came from.
If I could leave a minus review I would. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Been waiting 2 hours for food to be told that the order hasn’t even been accepted and that they’re closed but the money has been taken out my account. Even tho I rang up a hour ago and they said 5 mins. The extremely rude man was cheeky and unhelpful the phone then proceeded to hang up on me. Complete joke of a place. Don’t waste your money or time. Worst place ever and staff here have no idea on what customer service is. Joke if a takeaway.
We've had a few late deliveries before but tonight was 2.5 hours wait. Clearly had not planned ahead for the England match for the World Cup. I called at 8.30 an hour after delivery was due was told 20 to 25 mins as they were busy. An hour later it turned up missing our sauces!! Should have stopped taking orders when they realised they couldn't keep up with demand!!!
Ill be honest, food is great, however ive ordered about 5 times now and EVERY order has been late by 15 minutes.

Called in here at 11.00pm after going to the Sage Gateshead. Ordered a large cod with chips and a large curry sauce. Manager apologised for wait but was it worth it. The fish was huge and well cooked in a gorgeous batter, the chips were hot and tasty and the curry sauce completed a scrumptious meal. We'll recommended.
