An absolute Fantastic place to go for a professional cut, style, and color! I took my daughter to the location in Roswell and Marina, the stylist that worked on her hair, was awesome! She listened to my daughter’s request and all I can say is WOW! We were there for 3 1/2 hrs and Marina was in full control, focused, and non stop until she finished. If you are looking for someone that is gifted in creating beautiful results, you have to visit this location!

Inside the salon is absolutely beautiful! The owner (very friendly gentleman) has created a high end establishment with affordable prices. The chairs are comfortable and the background music is very relaxing. They offer refreshments, too.

We will definitely return. :)

I got a great cut and partial highlights from Michelle. She was awesome. I felt like she really listened to all the details of what I wanted for the cut. And the highlights came out the perfect shade. She was so fun to talk to. The facility is modern and clean, it has a nice relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely go to Michelle again!

This is where I will go to get my hair done until the day I die. They have such good customer service and they're so unbelievably welcoming. Through my mom's recommendation I made an appointment with a girl named Anise, and she is such an amazing hair stylist. She has so many tips that perfectly format your natural hair. She's so funny and charming, if you choose to go here, I highly recommend making an appointment with her.❤❤❤

I asked for a same day appointment for a specific time and they accommodated me. Michelle gave me the best consultation I have ever had. She helped me choose color, partial vs full highlights, and my hair cut style. The result was amazing and covered my gray while still giving me a natural look.

Paula introduces me to ear candling and I was pleasantly surprised by the result. I have recently had a head and chest cold, but after the candling, my sinuses and ears are clear and I feel wonderful.

The staff all seems to care about each other and works as a team. You can tell they are well-trained, talented and they listen. I will be back again and again.

Great service from start to finish! Anise, completed my natural hairstyle and was very thorough from start to finish, as she explained her process and imparted tips to preserve my strands. The end result was a beautiful finger coil out on a transitioning cut ( growing out a faux hawk). If you are looking for natural haircare and at an affordable rate, consider Anise at Fantastic Sams. Also, try their equalizer conditioner...it leaves your natural hair so soft and manageable, that you can come through with your fingers!

I went in for a simple haircut. The girl had only been there a few weeks, but in the business 20 years. That should have been my first red flag. She couldn’t cut my wavy hair without flat-ironing it, my second red flag I ignored.

It’s taken me a few weeks to cool off before writing this. She FRIED MY HAIR with the flat iron. I’m always super careful with heat on my hair and always let my hair air dry for a reason.

I have long hair and she fried so close to the roots, it’s going to take a bloody year for it to grow out! My hair feels like a Brillo pad! I will never recommend this girl (I so mad I don’t even remember her name, only that she is a black girl). I’m still very upset about this. Be careful and listen to the red flags! If I could give this a negative 5 stars ⭐️, I would.

The worst hair salon experience ever! Anise ruined my hair! Not only uneven, nonshaped, but I asked not to have layers on the side and it is now chopped up to being see through and looks stringy!! (See pic ) This place was great when owned by Helen. Not only do they not list all or the real prices or tell you the real price before or at time of appointment but are the most obnoxious staff I have ever met. It starts with the snotty receptionist and gets worse from there. They not only didn't care about the bad job but said to fix it (not that I will go back) it would cost another haircut price (and again they make up a price and don't go by a fixed menu list). I had a coupon worth a few dollars, and they carried on about it not applying during the entire haircut which made the experience very unpleasant and couldn't wait to leave. Then when I went to pay I asked for the price list - asked to see where it is $10 to cut longer hair, per receptionist, not on there told should just know, the supposed "manager" at that location said they charge extra for layers not length so talking out of both sides of their mouths - again unspecified price and not on the list. Also told they can charge an additional unspecified price for using regular conditioner (not deep conditioner) IF they put you under the dryer as it uses their equipment ! "Manager" at other location rude and said they can also charge at the end an unspecified amount for how much time it takes the "stylist" (?) I came in with my hair just washed and not needing a wash or conditioner (they apparently also consider any styling creams conditioner if they put them in your hair during the chopping - since I can't call this a cut.) I don't blow dry my hair but supposedly it may be included in a cut but only if they don't use a brush (?) I was charged for a hair cut and extra for a blow dry which I did not have. Still unclear on how much a haircut costs since it is subjective and arbitrary. I asked for the owners names and phone numbers and was given the run around - they aren't in town - maybe will call when they get a chance etc. When I got home I saw the full extent of how bad the cut was. So called other location hoping they were more normal and was spoken disrespectfully to and then hung up on by the "manager".

The whole staff was very warm and friendly. Sonia washes, cut, and styled my hair. She was extremely personable and took great time and detail to ensure I was happy. My haircut turned out wonderful — highly recommend this place!
